My latest shopping experience was awful, the two people working in the store were too busy having personal conversations behind the register to acknowledge the guests walking in or help them if they needed it. I havent had this poor of customer service at this location before which is why I'm going with a 3 star rating. I've had wonderful conversations and connections with the team. Tonight just was not good one. It left a sour taste in my mouth.

Couldn't recommend enough!! Di (Dee?) and Rowan saved me from an awful orangey-yellow Sun-In mess when my hair stylist cancelled last minute. They showed me exactly how to dye my hair on my own, helped me pick out the right products, and even color-matched my roots. I'm really so shocked, my hair looks exactly like my natural color! Another girl with green/black hair helped color-match as well, but I didn't catch her name. The girls need a raise or commission, they're practically their own hair salon!!

My rating is for the woman working at Sally, not the company. I overheard her telling a customer that she moved up here from Mississippi at the start of the year and she’s been working nonstop ever since. She hasn’t seen any of Madison because of just how short staffed the store is. She added that the store doesn’t even have a manager. When I first arrived in the store she had the door locked because she was the only person working and desperately needed to use the bathroom. She did an excellent job, and Sally is lucky she has not quit on them. I didn’t catch her name, but she did a great job assisting the customers with their questions, on top of being abused by Sally.

Was so excited to be able to fix my yellow hair but the girl decided to close an hour early? Even though she was standing right there and they don't close until 8... lol thanks.

they changed they’re hours to close at 7pm but don’t even bother to update their website hours or google page hours so I drove from 30 mins away for nothing

When my lady went in the first time looking for something to repair a botched hair dye session, She was sold a lot of things she didn't need, She only needed a couple items.Returned the rest of the items with ease, An bought something else.Like a normal retail chain, No reciept usually means no cash back & Store credit.With reciept, You get your refund.Store rep this morning was fantasticAn easy to talk to.

They'd get less if I could. Google is one thing but they don't even update their phones when they're going to be closed. They've closed the Middleton location so the previous issues of be short staffed should've been solved. This is not the first time they have been closed when there were supposed to be open. Very unprofessional.

I asked them to please help me out with a color that didn’t have any undertone and now I have blue hair instead of the Grey the girl told me it was gonna be. Not to mention it was $30 for a tube that DIDNT EVEN GET MY WHOLE HEAD. My hair is ruined right before a big event, and I’m so scared about ruining my hair any further. Please just tell me you don’t know what ur doing.

Absolutely horrible experience! The store is closed for the next week! I ordered 3 orders and they are not even open! Customer service had no idea and neither did I! Unprofessional and really made me upset because I paid for something I expect and will never receive those items!

Love Sally’s!! They have a great 4 for $20 deal on product often, awesome make up sales and it’s great to have such helpful staff for all of my coloring questions! I probably would have had some hair disasters if it wasn’t for their guidance!

Watch out for price gouging here. They will have items priced lower in the aisles than they will ring up. Then the store associates will claim they cannot change prices and whatever the cash register rings up is the actual correct price. For example. These Bobby pins rang up at $1.99. There were no tags for any Bobby pins over $1.59. They refused to adjust the price

Wasn’t impressed with the service. First time dying my hair with bleach and was lost. Saw a customer get assisted to the extent of an associate recommending things. I didn’t get that same treatment and the associate was more concerned with talking to another associate the entire time about how frizzy & uncontrollable my hair was. Clearly, that’s why I went to get hair product.
