Very helpful staff. If it is not on the shelf, they always offer to look in the stockroom or special order it for you. Was looking for clipper and trimmer blades, not in stock and they gave me a code for free shipping when I ordered them myself.

I don’t know her name but the young red head at the east side store is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unpleasant. I witnessed her interactions between her and a stylist checking out who was referring to a discount she normally gets, and after explaining who she spoken to and why she receives it the red head refused to help or look into it further and laughed at her and then lied about being able to see anything in her account l. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE SEEN HER TREAT A CUSTOMER POORLY. I will never spend money here again. I will only go to west side store. At least they know their products and what’s on sale! I can’t give just a half star or I would!

As long as you’re licensed, you can find some solid and discounted prices on higher end products here. The store is pretty cramped and the employees weren’t that friendly, but if you know what you’re after (which most licensed professionals will), it’s not that big of deal - you can get in and out without having to interact with the staff much at all. Sure would be nice to be met with a smile and a greeting, though.

The prices are outrageous and there's no refunds, returns etc. While it makes sense to have standards, this is a wholesaler for professionals. The prices should not be above what retail stores would charge. Everything should be reasonably priced in service to licensed professionals. I'm a hair stylist who works with a lot of color, not a bank. I remember asking them casually if I was spending a lot on color. I heard that no, single stylists should be spending $500/week on hair color. Please enlighten me as to who is performing like $20,000 in color services a month on their own.A few simple trips to the big name salon supplier stores can easily knock out a good chunk of your funds, no matter how well you're doing.

On Monday, October 5th, I went to Salon Centric West store. I arrived at 07:57am. (store opens at 08:00am.), and tried the door to see if the store was actually open, since it happened before, but the door was locked. Not a big deal, I could’ve waited another 3 min., but what happened next is simply not acceptable by any means. I got yelled “WAITE!!!” by staff Pauline who stood behind reception. I can’t even describe the face expression she had at the moment. She was so angry and furious about fact that I tried to open the door 3 minutes before store’s open hours.I shop at this store once or twice a week, all staff know me, including Pauline.Can I say I always have a great experience at the store, not really, not when I get “help” from Pauline, NEVER!Whenever I enter the store in an optimistic and upbeat mood, and looking forward to the prospect of having a look around the store, making my salon supplies purchase, at the checkout everything gets dropped down to negativity, to this very uncomfortable, awkward state if Pauline is behind the desk.I find her attitude extremely rude, mean and arrogant! I never ever even saw a smile on her face while she talks or greets store’s customers.There was a few times when I had a question about the product, but instead of delivering the information to me, I would be given the meanest look as if I was interrupting her.At this rate I will discourage anyone to get “help” from Pauline while shopping at the store!Beware of Pauline!!!
