Joseph helped my family find a car that worked for our loan. The initial car we had picked out wasn’t high enough value and they were asking for money down which we didn’t have at the moment. Joseph and the owner worked to find something of higher value for us with zero down. We were able to leave with a great car that has worked well for our family. I appreciated the fast service and the willingness to help us find something that worked for us.

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 from Schoepp Motors and couldn't be happier. The sales team, especially Amy, was incredibly helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect truck for my needs. Amy is also in the finance department and was so efficient and made the paperwork process smooth. I'm very satisfied with my overall experience and would definitely recommend Schoepp Motors to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I was in serious need of a new car. I reached out Schoepp's on Stoughton Road out of desperation. A few of my friends have had good luck there so I figured I'd give it a try. I contacted Amy Hargraves, to help me with the financing. My credit isn't spectacular but I told her what I could spend per month. She was able to get me the payment I could afford plus I'm paying a lower interest rate with my new car. Amy has a great relationship with local banks. She suggested that I test drive a Subaru Outback because Subaru's are attractive to lender. I never pictured myself in a Subaru, but I told her I would give it a test drive. As soon as I sat in the car, I knew I was taking it home. One of the things I hate most about buying a new car is going through all the paperwork. This process was a breeze at Schoepp's. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience.

Bought a 2017 Nissan Rouge and have had it less than a year... maybe 11 months? The car stopped running so I took it in, and have been slapped with a $7000 bill to do a lot of maintaince that was due even before I bought the car, needing a new battery, as well as the tires and wheels needing to be aligned and adjusted. Why wasn't a lot of this fixed before I bought it? Like I said I've had this car maybe for such a short time this would have been noticeable before i bought it, I only use it for driving to and from work and the odd road trips to the dells or something. This is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would, do not buy from them

Mr. Joe Reque, thank you so very much for all of your efforts in dealing with a man who definitely has a strong and demanding personality like me. You reminded me of "Cool"- Joe Burrow, lol!
The only 2 things I am going to give constructive criticism about is, 1.) Make sure the correct number of owners is transparent. 2.)Touch-upp paint for vehicles should match and be in good condition.
I greatly appreciated the rest of the purchasing process and am extremely happy with my Audi Q3!
I will continue to advertise with Schooeps license plate frames and recommend others to your business.

Do not go to Ryan he hates black business owners he’s rude and uses credit and tax requirements to steer you away according to him he just wants to make sure you understand after agreeing to terms he will take you right back through the credit talk I’ll take my 780 elsewhere see my parents gave me the credit talk Ryan. Now I’m out here building generational wealth so your kids will never have the opportunity to feel your level of entitlement as a car salesman. I am my ancestors wildest dreams keep watching Ryan I’m doing this for people like you. Merry Christmas

Do not recommend shopping here (or any of their locations) for a vehicle. As a company, they are generally overpriced, they will try their hardest to sell you a useless warranty, sell vehicles that are not properly tested by expert mechanics before they are available for purchase. And their efforts to fix mistakes they do make are unfortunately subpar at very best. While some of the staff may be friendly and fun to work with, unfortunately it does not make up for these other issues when making an investment in a vehicle.

I test droveany vehicles before I rested on my Mazda cx9. My representative Sadie, Was very patient through that process. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles when I had a question. If she didn't know, she found someone that did. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Sadie for making my experience so positive.
