I had a great experience at Scrubs and Beyond all thanks to Christian! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and attentive. He wasn’t pushy for sales and instead offered helpful suggestions on brands and style . If something wasn’t in my size, Christian offered to ship from another store. I ended up leaving with two comfortable and stylish sets. Will be back when I find myself needing another pair of scrubs due to Christians friendly and fun demeanor as well as the quality of brands this store supplies.

Christian was so helpful in showing me recommendations because of the thoughtful questions he asked regarding my likes and dislikes. He was incredibly attentive, personable, and funny. I had lots of fun shopping for scrubs and appreciated the selection to choose from. Thank you!!!

I accidentally utilized a P.O. Box in the order I placed to Scrubs and Beyond a couple days ago. I did not know that they do not ship to a P.O. Box, but FORTUNATELY, Christian/Store Mgr at the Madison Store called me to advise me my order was returned to the store based on lack of an appropriate shipping address. He took the time to call AND send me an e-mail notifying me of the situation. He updated my address and will ship my order out to me today. WOW - WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Christian! You DON'T see that anymore. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond!!!!!!! I truly appreciate you! :) Susan M.

I had absolutely exceptional customer service from Jamie! She went above and beyond with helping me return some scrubs that I got a while ago that ended up being too big. She helped pull sizes for me to try on, let me know how she thought they fit, and did great with helping me with the return. Even though we had complications with one portion of the return, she was very pleasant and tried everything she could to make the return work. I would greatly recommend going to Jamie for all of your scrubs needs!

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered some scrubs and a lab coat for my husband on October 31, 2024 l and I still have not received my order. Apparently, because the lab coat had a name embroidered on it this caused an enormous delay, and they did not send the rest of the order which was not embroidered. They never updated me to let me know that my order was delayed, and I only found out when I called Customer Service. The rep told me that they are having some embroidery issues and that all of the embroidered orders are delayed. I ended up ordering the non-embroidered pieces again in an effort to get them delivered. Yesterday I received an email letting me know that my new order had been delivered, but I didn't have it. I called Customer Service today and was told that they were having some computer issues and for some reason I was sent an email that my order had been delivered, but that was an error. She also let me know that I would not be receiving my lab coat or any part of the original order for at least two more weeks. That means that I will be waiting at least six weeks for my order which should have been delivered, according to the website, in 4-6 business days. I’m not sure what goes on at this company, but it seems like total chaos. I would pretty much never order from them again, except for they seem to be the only place where I can find the type of scrubs that my husband likes. It’s pretty much a nightmare and if I could stay away from it I would 100%. Buyer beware.

Needed to update my review for Scrubs & Beyond. I had ordered some scrubs a while back and it took a long time for them to come in. Be prepared to wait a couple weeks. The scrubs that they have are quality and the staff is always friendly. Overall a very cute scrub store.

Stopped in January 19th. The lady working was super friendly helpful and nice. Was looking for maternity scrubs but was told they were all pulled from inventory, disappointed as I drove 45 min to store. Got a few suggestions to try ordering online at least.

I had ordered some scrub pants to be delivered to my house as they did not have the size I needed while in store. I waited for them to arrive for about 3 weeks thinking maybe the holiday was slowing down everything. I decided to call and see where abouts they were (hoping they weren’t delivered to the wrong house) Tamara answered when I called and I explained what I needed and she was very quick and helpful letting me know they were on back order. She let me know she would call the next day and see what she could do. Tamara called the next day and left a message letting me know she went ahead and got them from a different vendor and they should be out in the mail to me soon. She certainly puts her customers first with a very high level of service and support! Thank you, Tamara, for being you!!!:)

Ordered online. I entered in the wrong city/zip code. Guest services hasn't replied to my email in 6 days. I got an email that my order shipped yesterday. I contacted them agian through the website still no response.
