Prices are very reasonable, and they have a code activated security gate.

BEST STORAGE SERVICE IN MADISON! They are so responsive via phone (even outside office hours!) and are quick to respond to any issue. Not only was the customer service great, but the storage facilities were easy to access and secure. We could drive right up and unload everything with ease! Additionally, their services being open on Sunday is amazing—I am so thankful for Frank (for his service at the facility and for our country) who made the chaos of moving so much easier. FRANK IS THE BEST!!

I’ve had one unit here (now two) for almost two years as starting my business has been put on hold for one reason or another. Frank has always been fair and flexible, and I was sent all proper paperwork and given the chance to catch up when I fell behind in payment a couple of times. This facility is secure and accessible, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I stopped in today to rent my space as my son has 3 weeks between leases in Madison. Frank couldn't have been more helpful, he took me through all the paperwork, gate instructions and then led me to the climate controlled building and showed me around. Best part, my son didn't have an Allen wrench for his desk. Frank loaned me his! It was a pleasure! The 5x10 we rented is in perfect shape, the building was nice and cool and security seemed more than enough for our dorm essentials. Thanks!

This is my first time renting a storage unit. Frank was extremely fast to give me a call, reserve a unit, and answer my questions. When I came in he was very kind, informative, and made sure to crack a few jokes! The whole process was very smooth and easy. He also made sure to show me around! I recommend this storage facility due to Frank making this so easy compared to the other storage places I’ve looked into!

Got a climate contol unit at their climate control facility close by. Price was definitely good for a climate control unit of that size for the area, but their climate control also does not include humidity of the units, just the temperature.
Some Pros:
Price, temperature control, gates, locks offered for small fee at office, keypads, cameras, dollies and carts inside to help you move things, and Frank. Frank was great, very helpful, always answered the phone or called me back quickly and got me set up with the unit on short notice. If I was rating only Frank's service this would be a 5 star review.
Cons:
Lack of humidity control if you need it.
4 stars because my unit has a large amount of dead bugs and beetles (also possibly one single dead roach? All dead so I left it alone and didn't get closer to make sure, many were just boxelders or rolypolies though, I'm not worried about those) of various sizes and types in the edges inside my unit for some reason. I didn't see the same in other empty units of the same facility, so maybe I just got unlucky, but I wish I had looked closer and seen them before I agreed to rent that specific unit as not knowing what some of the bugs were makes me nervous to put things near the edge of the unit. My advice is check the bottom sides and corners of your unit, especially with a flashlight if it is dim when you go in. Once again I did not see this bug issue in any of the other few open units I checked in the same section of the facility I was in so I don't think this is a facility wide issue, possibly just something left from the last renters or general outdoor bugs that couldn't be easily sweeped out because my unit has a sort of "gutter" around the edge.
I already moved my stuff in and cleaned some bugs up before I thought of taking photos, so they aren't the best quality as I couldn't get up close for some of the pics and needed to use flash, but here is what a few spaces in the unit had around the edge. A lot are just boxelders or rolypolies, and there was a friendly daddy long leg which are all fine and not a big deal, but there were a few others I didn't recognize and one that looked like a dead roach, but I was not sure as I didn't get close enough to confirm or deny, a couple big ones that I couldn't place, possibly just half decomposed big black crickets but not sure. Boxeleders, Roly polys, daddy long legs, even crickets are not an issue for me, its the possible roach that concerned me and that there were so many dead bugs in there that hasnt been cleaned out. At least they were all dead.
It seems like the "gutter" area around the edge of my unit is what is trapping stuff in there, most other units I saw did not have this "gutter" and were clean so I think it was probably an issue with not being able to sweep it out, I wish they had cleaned that area out better before renting it to me though. A quick swipe with a vacuum would've done the job.
Either way Frank was great, the price was good, and the rest of the facility seemed fine so don't let this stop you from checking it out, they were all dead at least, just look in your unit closely first. I'm sure if Frank or I had noticed he would've cleaned it or offered me a different one, he was very kind.

Security Self Storage representative Frank Rybacki was very easy to work with. He gave me a tour of the climate controlled new units, which were very nice. I give this storage facility five stars based on the units and based on the excellent customer service!
