Was a great place until I received a notice stating that they are increasing the price of my unit. Original price was $70 now it has been increased to $140. Still the same unit nothing has changed just doubled the price with zero reason. And they continue to build new facilities around the city. I don’t know why companies don’t respect loyal customers anymore.

Outstanding service. I was shown several units on both the first and second floor location of elevator restrooms and carts Everything about space prices gate entries and how to download the storage app .Selena did such a great job it convinced me to rent a unit right a way. Thanks for the excellent service

Selena & Nick are very personable and great to work with. I was initially nervous about renting from a large company as this was my first time with a storage unit rental & I needed it for multiple months. However, they give it a small business family feel haha. The large air conditioned unit building is extremely clean. Perfect for my couches, bed, & other furniture as I didn’t want to deal with mold or mice. Going on a few months now I have recently downsized to a smaller unit which Selena conveniently found me another unit rental right close by, so I didn’t have to move my remaining things far at all. Highly recommend them if renting a storage unit in Madison WI.

The issues I have with this is they DOUBLE the $$ amount for my storage without any notice. I called no answer. It surprise me because it doesn't state that after a few months of renting we will raise it. While moving in some days the gates wouldn't work, they closed early, had to drive to the back to try to unload, and some days it didn't have carts for moving your stuff in. I was charged for a truck rented but couldn't get in after office hours.

I had an issue Selena was phenomenal. She was very relaxed in talking to me from a customer. Service perspective. She listened and understood. what the goal was from my perspective on what would please me and helped to mitigate the issue to resolution. We are still clients and intend to stay clients for quite some time!
