Dana was great to work with to help us figure out what colors to paint our living spaces. We hit an impasse on what direction to go, and it was nice to have a third party to contribute. She was very patient with us as we explored many options. She even checked upcoming sales and advised us when to buy for the best value.

Jim helped me match exactly what I needed. When I called to give a compliment, the manager Kelsey responded inertly and seemed inconvenienced by my call unappreciative of the feedback.Great job, Jim!

Lily at Sherwin-Williams absolutely saved me!My boss and I were cleaning out an old mailroom and found the paint cans for our office suite. We thought this was great, as the wall next to my desk was badly scuffed and had holes that needed spackling. I was advised to fill the holes and touch up the paint after buffing out all the scuff marks in the next few weeks. No big deal. I moved house last year and did all sorts of painting and this would be a tiny project.Well, the day came and I washed and spackled everything without issue, but the paint can had rusted shut and it took forever to pry open. The paint had also separated, leaving several inches of a brown slurry on top of the light blue paint. I quickly Googled this and the consensus seemed to be that it was fine if thoroughly stirred and blended. I stirred and stirred until everything was a light gray-blue and painted over the spackled holes. But it went on so much lighter than the rest of the wall.I let it dry, hoping that would help. My stomach sank. It dried just as light as it went on. The chemical composition of the paint must've changed due to the rust over the years. My boss was going to return to a wall that looked worse than before and it was because I didn't think to test patch it!I was worried that I would have to paint the whole wall that extended into the waiting area if I couldn't find paint to match. I razorbladed a paint chip from the wall to be spackled later and rushed to Sherwin-Williams before it closed with the paint chip and the original paint can. I told Lily the whole story in a panic. She was super comforting and professional. We determined it would be best to match the paint chip. It only took her a few minutes to mix it up. I also bought a few touch-up supplies that made the job way easier.I've included a Before and After photo, although the paint is still drying in spots in the After photo. It's a beautiful match. And I still have a job.Thank you, Lily!!Update: I added a photo taken a few days later with all the paint nice and dry. It turned out just perfect!

This is great store where one can always find excellent, well-informed advice. The products are of excellent quality and fairly priced when on sale (which seems to happen every other week!)

The paint is very high-quality; it covered the old bright orange walls beautifully. Jacob helped me with color choices and the products I needed. He was very knowledgeable and patient! I’m no spring chicken, but I never doubted being able to paint a room by myself with the supplies and ideas from them.

I always have a great experience at this store. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that they have a history database of the paints we've ordered in the past to help when we run out.

This is good paint but I feel you can get as good of paint for less money elsewhere as they sell the same paint to local contractors for much less.

The place is nice but purchasing online at Sherwin-Williams and picking the paint up in this place failed us. Ordered morning of Nov 7th. We ordered just one gallon of paint in the morning and waited patiently. Found out after going to this store after waiting for 4 hours that our paint was not in stock even though on their website said otherwise. Wasted over 5 hours in this ordeal. Had to go to the Middleton store where there was stock of this brand of paint. Paint was terrible, it was blue color and had to for some reason do 2 coats to cover up a light gray color on the walls. I have never, ever, had to use 2 coats to cover up a lighter color. Additionally, it shows on the walls where it was touched up or rolled over a second time. This paint suppose to have primer in it, but did it? Paint color was nice though.
