Got my car impounded (which it is what it is) but when I called to get it out they told me the wrong times for pickup. They offered to have someone meet with me outside of those hours which was nice but told me the wrong time that they were gonna be there and called me expecting me to be there earlier than I thought because they told me the wrong time. Only accepted cash and didn't give change. Overall unprofessional with poor communication and shady with not giving change/only accepting cash.

I can’t recommend Simple Roadside assistance enough!!! They were able to tow my van in only 45 minutes! It was only $150 plus tax for a 5 mile tow. Thomas was fast and efficient! I would definitely use them again! ( also,the dispatcher on the phone and tow truck driver were very friendly! )Service: Car towing

Poor customer service, they said they’d be there to tow my car and never showed up, when I called twice they bocked my number.

I called the dispatch here and talked to a very knowledgeable employee whom also provided great customer service and business class phone skills. I may not have received a tow, but I Will Recommend this company! No doubt best place around
