Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price.
My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts.
I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason.
The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match.
They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned.
I'd recommend this autobody shop to anyone!

I’ve been to Sparkle to fix my car a couple of times after fender benders. The front office staff are great. The technicians are skilled and can work on specialty brands Ike Polestar. Our insurance company said they were easy to work with. Mark, in particular was great to work with. I highly recommend Sparkle.

Noticed something hanging off the bottom of my car on the way to work, stopped in with limited time, they had it secured back up and me out of there within 5 minutes. Great service and great work. Would recommend!

Patrick was great! The consistent communication was comforting. They provided great advice about working with the insurance company and did a complete repair on the car. Now, you can't tell that my car was in an accident.

I thank everyone at Sparkle for their care and attention to detail. My car was hit by a snowplow and had an actual hole in the body as well as miscellaneous dents and scratches. Also my car is an unusual
color that is difficult to match. My car looks great now! Brian was extremely helpful in helping me get set up with a rental care and coordinating the payments with the insurance company, and was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. Thank you Sparkle!

Very happy with the quality and professionalism of their work. They clearly take pride in their craft and my car looked like new again.
Glad I stopped in after getting a quote from another big name shop in town.
Sparkle went above and beyond to get my car back to me in less time and probably did better work. They were able to have a transparent conversation with me about repairability which was exactly what I wanted: my old car back, fixed and looking great!

We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience at Sparkle Auto Body. We brought our new vehicle in for repairs and upon picking it up, we noticed significant scratches on one side of our vehicle that we are certain were not there when dropping it off at the shop. Within the hour of returning home, we immediately reached back out with pictures of the damage asking how we could resolve the issue. Without even attempting to work on a resolution, the manager very rudely responded with “I’m not sure what happened to your vehicle. I suggest taking responsibility and quit blaming us for your poor driving.” To think this is how a manager speaks to paying customers is extremely concerning and should be reason enough to not give them your business. This is a brand new vehicle that we are very careful with, so it was obvious this damage occurred in the shop. We are so appalled by this unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable customer service and would never recommend this body shop to anyone. We also made sure to notify our insurance agent about this incident to ensure they consider removing them from their local recommendation list and will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. Avoid at all costs!

I took my almost 10 year old car into Sparkle after having it in another shop for body work. The other shop really screwed the pooch with the paint work they did. Thoroughly disappointed with that shops work and lack of customer service, they will never get my business again! My experience at Sparkle has been the exact opposite. The work was done on time and on budget. Furthermore, the techs at Sparkle are true artists at what they do! My decade old vehicle looks as good as new! A couple of weeks after the work was completed, I had issues with my sun roof leaking. Thinking it might have something to do with the recent repairs, I reached out to Sparkle. They had me bring it in and determined the drains were blocked and had nothing to do with the repairs. Just the same, they cleared the drain tubes out for me and sent me on my way a little wiser (clean your sun roof drains out!). Thank you again Brian, Mark, and the rest of the Sparkle crew. True professionals and exceptional service.

This is the premier Auto Body shop in Madison and it's not close. Walking into that office instantly made me nostalgic of the shop my dad managed for 30 years.
Brian did a great job on my estimate, quick and efficient. (Yes it is kinda a pain to get to, but 100% worth it)
