First guy I encountered at this shop could not have cared less to help me. Basically said they were booked up through February, offered no advice or help, and let me walk out. Obviously going elsewhere.

Owner didn't give me an honest estimate. Insurance made him remove a $1235 charge and they settled on the lower estimate. When I asked if I would have been so lucky if I didn't have an insurance company looking out for me he became upset and told me he didn't want my business. I was completely caught off guard and had to go elsewhere and start all over. I wouldn't go here if they were the only shop in town and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The last time I went to Sparkle Auto Body, the lady in customer service was very nice and she gaves me the estimation without 10mn and fixed my car there within 1 week.Yesterday was terrible customer service. The guy was just sitting there, he don't want to talk, he don't want to move his a$$ from the chair, and he showed zero interest to service me!!.Terrible customer service!

Honestly I have never been to an auto body in My life but this shop exceeded My expectations tenfold. I worked with Justin and he was so amazing! I had a hard time with My insurance and basically He took the reins and I didn’t have to do literally anything. The car rental picked Me up from the shop and I didn’t even have to return the vehicle. They literally took care of everything from my insurance, (who I couldn’t even get in contact with) to the rental car, all the way to including fully detailing My vehicle INSIDE AND OUT before returning My car to Me. My car literally looks better than when I received it brand new. I don’t know how that is possible but Sparkle did it! Ten stars from Me. I will be back and I will definitely be recommending this Auto Body!!Services: Painting

My experience was bad here. The estimate guy that looked at my car must have been new and was poorly trained He didn't ask the right questions and did no follow up on my repair issues. Two weeks later and not a word. I know others say they do good work here and I believe them but to turn an amateur loose on me without guidance was unprofessional. A job they didn't get. If only they had a phone number for the owner I would have called them but there was nothing I could find. This rating is only for this experience not for the work they do here. Very disappointed in them.

Wow. I had the pleasure of working with Sparkle Auto Body repairing my Infiniti Q50. Another vehicle backed into the rear passenger door, wheel well and quarter panel. I took the vehicle to a prominent local dealership and was shocked at the quote. It didn't smell right so I took it to Sparkle per the recommendation of a friend.I spoke with and coordinated with Don. He was extremely responsive, professional and friendly, as was the rest of the Sparkle team I interacted with.After reviewing the damage and the other quote, Don thought the numbers were a bit inflated and there were some 'extra' steps in the process. He did a great job explaining what they would do, how they would do it, when they would do it and what is would cost. The Sparkle quote was 23% less than the dealership.I just got the vehicle back yesterday, on time (actually done early) and under the quote. It looks brand new!I'm thankful I was referred to Sparkle and won't hesitate to go back next time we have an incident.
