Spectrum internet is awful and their sales tactics are shady. So glad that we switched to Mint’s internet service. It’s way cheaper and way better. Also, if you call Spectrum to cancel service, dispute a charge, or anything else be prepared for the sales associate to gaslight you, yell at you, and blame you for their bad service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this provider.

We were a little hesitant due to the poor reviews the store had, but we received excellent service from Aaron and the manager, Colton. They were both patient and provided thorough details about the internet and phone plans.
I can’t speak for the other staff, but we really appreciated Aaron and Colton’s help and would highly recommend them!

The wait time is absolutely long. We’ve been waiting around 30 minutes since we got in the first place. We’ve been waiting around total of 70 minutes, and the workers are on their phones, laughing and chatting with other people.
When we got here, there were 3 people assisting. Now there is just one person with 9 people on line.
This is not the first time that we have to wait too long or to leave because of this.

Just tried to return my equipment it was a lobby full of returns also!!But the 2 staff women went to the back and left the other two staff members by themselves they couldn’t help because they were occupied putting people in the system. I’ve been a loyal customer with this over 10 years with Spectrum just because we are Walk-in’s doesn’t mean we should be treated like crap by the way there was no appointments either!!

Was confronted at Walmart by a sales agent and ended up leaving saying I did not want service but would think about it. That night I received emails for order confirmation and that a modem was on the way. Chat support said there was nothing they could do since the order had shipped. The following day the store was packed and when the situation was explained they told me to deal with it and wait to cancel. Would never recommend talking with a spectrum agent.

30 minutes on the phone to cancel service and an additional hour in store to drop off a modem that barely functioned. Awful service all around, as expected

I made an online reservation and was in and out with my equipment change in less than ten minutes..y Associate was friendly and very helpful. This was a really good experience.

Unfortunately, the store was understaffed, and there were 13 people ahead of me. The customers seemed angry, and the staff seemed annoyed.
