Completely awful experience from check-in all the way through the billing process. Extremely inexperienced staff. I do NOT recommend and will never go back!

The optical only offers appointments between 9:00am and 4:20pm… how are people with normal working hours supposed to come in? On top of that the lady on the phone was condescending to me about it.

When we have to answer questions regarding Covid at the check in…. How is it that they let someone COVID positive sit in the waiting room with others and it takes them 10 minutes to realize they needed to be kicked out?!? Come on!

ophthalmology, not optometry--not good at diagnosis. You'll spend a lot of time in pain before you finally get a correct dx and the right treatment. Not impressed.

I almost lost my eyesight. I woke up one morning half blind out of nowhere, and called this clinic. They immediately got me into an opthalmologist, who ran some tests and diagnosed me with arthritis of the eye (uveitis, or iritis) and immediately put me on prescription eye drops to take care of the flare. I had a follow up scheduled with them every few weeks until the flare began to die down, and then eventually went away after many months. They took care of me and calmed me down, holding my hand every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them higher.
