The doctors are great but when doctors have left the bad doctors have stayed as it always happens!!! I have dealt with doctors and always end up with the worst. The one doctor I ended up with which works with the Geodon medication is the worst doctor there is at this SSM. Doctor Corpland needs to retire and be gone for good because he is bad at being a doctor I ended up leaving Copland and ended up with my main doctor on the Geodon. My main doctor also left and I am looking for a great doctor that I can count on the Geodon. I don’t recommend this SSM because when you end up with the right doctor for your situation on whatever it is are the ones that leave this SSM. If anything I would never go back to this SSM again because I am still on the hunt for a better doctor that doctor Copland for me to stay on the Geodon the one thing I know is I would never want to see doctor Copland and won’t ever talk to doctor Copland in my life again.

The midwifery team is absolutely exceptional. I just gave birth to my first baby and the team of midwives made this entire experience truly something special. Each one of them made me feel seen and heard. They encouraged me every single step of the way, from in the clinic to in the delivery room. My fiancé and I felt so lucky for our experience with these absolutely wonderful people, including the PHENOMENAL care given by the student midwife. She was incredible. Truly, they all were. They made a lasting impression on me and my little family and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The labor and delivery nurses (Especially Haley, Sam and Gina) were also exceptional and made the experience I had what it was. I cannot rave about them enough. I have always recommended St Marys/SSM Health for care, but this 1000% solidified that I made the right choice by going to the midwives here. I will be forever grateful for this experience. Thank you endlessly Jessica, Amber, Karin, and Fatima. I will never forget this feeling.

I was in a terrible semi wreck on 2-7-22 I was taken to saint marys. They did a big surgery on me took almost 5 hour after that I went to recovery and that’s when it all started. The staff was absolutely wondering they was caring and helpful they made the best out of a terrible citation. The staff took care of me they was there for everything I need they made sure I was comfortable at all time. They took care of me just like I was family I would recommend this place my stay was amazing that staff was wonderful and respectful and very accommodating to my family because I was also 500 miles from home

The receptionists in the cardiovascular unit are awful. Very short answered and rude to patients. Most of the patients in the waiting room are elderly; the way the receptionists were talking to them and their guardians was disgusting.

I could not be more disgusted with this place. My mother had emergency heart issues in june. She was taken to St. Mary's due to UW being full. The hospital and doctors were out of network. After much work with Insurance, we finally got bills figured out. HOWEVER, we got word that St. Mary's isn't changing their bills although the insurance has changed their coverage. This is causing unnecessary stress on my mother who had a heart attack and mini stroke. If the insurance is covering more due to emergent status, you should be adjusting the bill to match the insurance. This is despicable.

I just want to take the time to shout out your wonderful labor and delivery nurse, Erin. she was extremely helpful and so supportive during delivery. I dont think I could've gotten through the process as well as I did without her!

I literally just had a nurse call me from ssm and blame me for not arriving early enough for their staff to see me on time for an appt (I checked in 30 minutes early as I know they run late and I am always on a bit of a time crunch), she then proceeded to blame me for my morning sickness getting worse, blame me for my care not helping my pregnancy, tell me that magically I'm no longer high risk pregnancy (after they drill it into my head that I'm gonna kill my baby if I don't

I get rx's filled here because I work nearby. I must say Walgreens is so much better for many reasons.. Mostly due to lack of communication and basic mistakes. I've put in refill requests that were not filled, ran out of the medication (it will cause seizures when not tapered) and when I came to pick it up found it was not filled because in their system it was 'too soon to fill'. I was not taking more than prescribed which I explained again to them the dosage I was taking which they acted like they didn't believe me. This was because the bottle they had given me had its quantity mislabeled (I had to bring the bottle in / luckily I had it!) so almost did not receive it which is dangerous.. The entire time they acted like it was my error (I took too much - not true) and not apologetic. Moreover they do not track their mailed prescriptions and it takes >1 week to receive (but that is not communicated) so again I have run out of medication that should not be abruptly discontinued. When I called to ask for advice I was told to get an additional refill and pay out of pocket which I, like many others, cannot afford. Instead I used GoodRx at Hyvee (this option of course was not presented). We are on our own to fend for ourselves as patients with their mistakes. It's not ok! I know I should change back to Walgreens but it's just convenience at this point... I really wish it would get better here.

The absolute worse customer service EXCEPT FOR EBONY and at these unmitigated prices. 1. Hold time for phone calls in. 2. Deadpan demeanor when they actually get on the line. 3. Walk up to the ONLY WINDOW... There is literally no privacy.. See picture 4. Rx called in prescription 4 days prior to me trying to pick it up. They confirmed receipt on the 27th and yet while on the call Jan. 31st.. It's not ready for pickup as Nothing has been filled. No one called. No one emailed nor sent a US POSTAL MAIL notice AT A BARE MINIMUM. Again, salute to Ebony for having a cordial and attentive amount of involvement. Even if I wanted to pay for convenience... I must say that I won't. God speed to any of you in need of this place.
