I love the treasure hunt of bin stores. This one is no different! Great! Needs a bigger parking lot but lots of great deals here but yes, you’ll have to dig through bins and find the deals. But, it’s worth it

I travel from the suburbs of Chicago near Aurora just to come here! I’ve found amazing vintage pieces as well as one of a kind finds. We love to come up here and thrift our butts off. It is not only cost effective but it’s such a neat store.

I've been to the Goodwill bins tons of times and the majority of my clothing is from Goodwill or some type of thrift store. I've been in good and bad parts of cities in thrift shops - I've done it all. But when I walked into Dig & Save, I almost immediately walked out (and wished I had!). I see that others enjoy it here, but it did do anything to me compared to the Goodwill Bins. Small section of clothing, no purses or shoes (that I was able to find), and then a large area for hardwares. When I came across an extremely dirty pair of ripped boxers, I decided that my time there was done and walked out.

Super cheap items but not physically safe. Bins not clean. Some items on shelves are very filthy. Broken glass sitting in bins that people are sorting through with bare hands. Really sad to see a shop which is meant to help the poor in such a bad condition. This almost looks like a slight step up from dumpster diving. This speaks very poorly for a faith-based organization. People should be able to shop with dignity, respect, and physical safety.

I've never been to a store like this before. It was so much fun, I could spend all day there. They have pretty much anything you can think of.

I really do Love dig and save but I would definitely show up with some gloves. You are bound to find something that you like in the bins you just have to be mentally prepared for the overwhelming amount of stuff they have there. It is beyond affordable and I am super happy that it is accessible to the Madison community

Love Dig & Save, always find something great. Only problem I've ever had is with some other customers, They throw things around in a frenzy. Sometimes dangerous always irritating.

This is a "last chance" stop for items that didn't/couldn't sell at the regular St. Vinnie's stores. Nothing is organized or sorted, just all dumped together. Some of the glassware is smashed (bring work gloves, and there's a big garbage bin nearby if you want to be helpful). It's dirty and chaotic. Stock gets rotated constantly: after a bin or table has been out a while, they take it away and trash the contents, and replace it with a fresh one. People hover like vultures when the new table is getting moved into place, then pounce, trying to get first crack at the best stuff. If you see something you like, grab it right away. (Once I was making a beeline for an item I spotted in the sporting goods section, but stopped to politely let a woman pass, and she took it. Doh!) People have also been known to shop other people's carts when their back is turned, although this doesn't happen anymore as often as it used to. It's absolutely nuts, the best bargains in town, and a ton of fun if you have a sense of adventure.

I go here weekly! It's so fun to see what I can find! So cheap! You can get a cart full of stuff for $10 or less!
