I have lived at Brownridge Terrace for over 5 years and it’s not out of laziness. It’s because Ashley and her staff in the office are so kind, the maintenance staff are so efficient, the building is made well and I do not hear my neighbors, and the last reason is it really is a home and not just an apartment.
