90% of the time this is a great TwikTrip. However, now after 2 days in a row I am voicing my concern. Employee MO, I truly hope you look at the cameras and see how long I was sitting there waiting. Your comments about how I was wrong and not being polite, I challenge you on that. Please review camera. I was waiting for an employee for over 7 minutes and then skipped over and not even asked if I needed anything until it was already too late. Then I was asked questions by her while she was checking someone out and every answer I replied to she acted like she didn't hear. She would ask the question and I would answer right when she would be asking another person in line a question. Just terrible etiquette. I waited for the smoothie machine and an employee to come only to find out there was nothing they could do even though I was in the day before and they told me pretty much the same thing. They needed 24 hours to thaw new ingredients for the smoothie machine. The next day, today, come in and the same thing.
Come on twikTrip
They gave me ANOTHER coupon... But I truly would just like a smoothie for once and employee s to help and not ignore me then say i was rude for waiting patiently.
Update: I read the other reviews and see that Mo is commented on in other bad reviews. I don't think I'm the only person realizing this. I just wonder if twikTrip realizes this.

Never can keep breakfast sandwiches in stock, And you never know if they're going to have 12 packs in the refrigerator or not. Every other Kwik Trip has consistency, this one does not.

They’re incapable of keeping the food stocked. When asked, they give you ridiculously longer times than other Kwik Trips and then won’t even start making your food. So lazy.
EDIT: because they cant seem to pull it together even one single day, and you’re only allowed one review, I guess i will have to cons edit until i give up altogether. Once again, they have no food and quote the ridiculous time so you just leave.

This kwick trip, especially when MO is there, there is never any whipped cream, as it's beneath this employees work ethic to actually work and do her job. She would rather just stand their and look stupid. The blonde women there, decides to ask someone to fill the machine and had no idea how long it would take. MO, has always had an issue working and is very unprofessional unless your black. Racism at its finest here. Bless your little hearts.

this KwikTrip store maintains clean bathrooms and has a team of happy, friendly staff. It's nice to see their dedication to customer satisfaction, even in a smaller store.

Stopped in 10/21 about 1 pm. I was looking over the hot food and a young man was adding the food he had just cooked. He asked me if I would like him to cook something in particular. I thought that was really great customer service and makes me want to return in the future. Thanks!

I am not sure at all what all these whiny, negative reviews are about. We finally got a Kwik Trip! The people behind the counter are super friendly. Stop complaining about plexi glass between you and them? Are you kidding me? The food is hot, everything we want is in stock and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you could want from a convenience store.
