Kwik Trip #1513 is known for its friendly and helpful staff, described as nice, kind, comical, and amazing. The store offers an amazing selection of products. However, some visitors have noted the store can be less clean than other locations, with one reporting an extremely smelly and messy bathroom. The fueling and entry layout is also noted as cumbersome, with a one-way in and out routine that can be tricky until learned. The business overall takes pride in friendly service and fresh products.
I picked up some coffee and donuts here for a catering event for a group of people. The staff was great. They set out coffee containers and were communicative in making sure there was enough coffee in the containers. Additionally, they had these big bags that were super helpful for carrying everything. Great experience

My diesel mechanic says that this Kwik Trip get clean diesel, when he replaced my filters. Keep going there for diesel fuel. I think the staff there are very friendly, especially when it is not busy and they are more relaxed. It's location makes it quite busy at times (before work hours).
