This facility is GARBAGE. the dolls are garbage. Cheap eastwards. Lighting is motion sensor so if your packing your space the lights will go off and you gotta walk a mile in the pitch black to find the sensor. The man running this place is VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO DISABLED PEOPLE. AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR WAR VETERANS.COMPLETE RUDE WASTE OF A HUMAN BEING... THERE WILL BE NO BREAKS UNLOADING YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SIT IN YOUR CAR.. have fun with the 3 foot mile long hallways too. My bed would NECER fit down those hallways. Nor my couch.. SLUM LORDS

Competition recognized, professional, outspoken, on the ball, competitive pricing, wise promotion principles, climate controlled, established joint, I already know this is legit. When we're moving we don't have time or the energy for waiting, or not trusting. A+ (on day two after move-in)

I had a great experience renting a unit here. Landon and Emily were very helpful with getting me set up on the online payment portal as well as getting my account closed out. The site is clean and secure, and there are carts to help bring items to your unit. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit.

The young lady that assisted us was very professional and straightforward.

I am not a person that write reviews and talk about a company only because I fully understand that everyone has an off day. However, I should have known that this was going to be an issue on the day I went to sign up for storage when the guy sitting out front told me to go somewhere else to rent storage. I walked in and the young lady was rude because I interrupted her lunch break and then she was overly forceful in trying to make me take their insurance when I clearly stated I have my own business insurance and will send it over. She still refused to sign me up until I could at least show her some type of proof of insurance. Fast forward 2 months, I called and asked about upgrading to a bigger unit or getting an additional unit, I was told that my current unit was going to increase and that I should have read the term sheet, but you would have thought they should have informed me that a potential increase would happen in 3 months!!! Wait, there's more, I get a call from the manager, he informed me that one of my employees left a truck in the parking lot and that we needed to move it since it was left there overnight, he also stated no one should have been on the property after 10pm, which I did know that my employees went there at 9pm, but did not know they was there after 10pm. I apologized to the manager, I stated that I was unaware and that I would have a conversation with the employee, I then stated that my son will be coming to pick up the truck asap. Once my son confirmed that he was on his way, I called the manager back and apologized once again for the mishap. He went on to say why was they there at 10:49 pm and that he doesn't understand how they got into the property, I again apologized but he kept going, so I stated "I am confused, what else would you like me to say? I apologize, am I being punished, what would you like me to say?" He said am I still vacating my unit? I was once again confused and asked what do you mean? He said I was upset with the price increase and assumed that I was vacating, I told him that I never said I was moving out and that when I do decide that I was going to give a fair notice. Once my son got there to pick up the truck, the police was there writing a ticket and told him that the manager of the store called the police due to the truck being left there. If you called the police, why didn't you just tell me that you called them, why be on the phone with me on two different occasions and not say anything? Prior to this, the day before, my wife went to get a unit at the same location and was treated the same way by the front counter lady and was forced to take their insurance until she could show proof of insurance. Nonetheless, this is by far the worse treatment that I have ever experienced, and I moved to a different storage company, got a bigger unit and paying almost double, because I value customer service.

Nice place to store things. They are not open 24/7 which can be tough for some people. Get service

Wow - I was so impressed with the excellent service from Landon and Emily. The facility was so clean and well-managed. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Landon has always been so helpful whenever anything was needed. The site is very clean, love that you can pull into the secure bays to load/ unload, and the price for climate controlled space is decent. The exterior/parking lot is a bit rough, but don’t let that sway your judgement!

The facility itself is clean and fairly easy to maneuver through. The parking lot is a hazard for anyone trying to walk in because of the poor state of the asphalt.I don't care for the motion sensor lights that turn off after a certain period of time. We can be working in the storage unit and the lights go out, and it's really dark when it does. Thank God for cell phone flashlights. We had to resort to a camping light so that we could be prepared when it happened.I can usually find a cart during the day when it's not so busy but weekends or evenings are tricky. However, I am extremely tired of and fed up with the constant increase in rent for our space. It has gone up $40 over the short span of time that we've had our space. I specifically asked the guy when we signed up if there were yearly increases and he was very evasive. It's now less than a year and another letter arrived announcing an increase. Not sure we will continue with them in the coming year.

My father-in-law was going to get his storage after being a customer for three years. He couldn’t find his key and the Lady said it would be $25 to cut the lock off. My father-in-law replied he needs to go get his wallet. When I looked over, she was scrambling out the door before he can get back with his wallet. Now I’ve drove all the way from down south with the rented. Enclosed trailer to pick up his stuff. She is very inconsiderate, young lady. And has earned this company a one star.

The storage is ok - clean, safe, secure- but they fail to mention that there is 24 hour support with limited hours for access (only until 9pm). We are currently moving out of our house and have to be out tomorrow to leave to Australia for an international move. We showed up to finish moving only to learn that we can't access the unit after 9pm. Called support and they literally hung up on us. We definitely would move our things or have chosen a different place had we known this policy upfront. It is likely posted somewhere but it isn't in the lease and the website banner about 24 hour service and sales is quite deceiving. All other pin-pad access storage units in the area offer 24 hour access.

Very friendly and perfect to store items with the climate control and extra security. The only downside is not having 24 hour access.EDIT: I'm a dummy and forgot to lock my unit and they called me as soon as they noticed. 10/10 definitely recommend ?

Emily was the gal that set me up with my storage unit. She did a wonderful job. Not missing one single thing. She provided a walk through and once I received my pin she even showed us the doors an how to use the pin pad for entry. She was wonderful! I would absolutely recommend storquest storage to anyone any day of the week!
