I've been a member for 20+ years, but unfortunately they are a mess. I'm locked out of my online account, and they don't know how to fix it, although they didn't try too hard. It seems like they are more interested in expanding/building new branches than serving existing members. They were kind of rude too, but i can get over that. Luckily Madison has at least 3 other great credit unions.

Came in this morning and the gentleman was diligently helping someone else but made it a point to check in with me and get me help. I was helped efficiently and everyone had great customer service. I’ve been banking with Summit for over 20 years and they never disappoint. I like how neat this location is and they have an incredibly comfortable waiting space with refreshments!

The branch is an embarrassment to Summit. I truly feel that the Branch manger racially profiled, myself and my son. His verbal abuse and assumptions were absolutely horrendous. He will let you know of the power he has! Lol. So be nice to him or he will punish you!!!! ???. On a very serious note. I really feel that branch needs to be investigated. On exactly how many minorities have been turned down for any type of loan or service. Which is heart breaking, but his racial behavior came way to easy.The crazy thing about it is, I was just trying to deposit a check into my account. It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. I’m now embarrassed to bank with them. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch or bank.

Fantastic service. Shout out to Juan upfront who gave me the rundown on the ATMs and how to deposit personal checks. I had never used that feature before, and he explained how to manually enter data if the atm didn't read it. Really appreciate it.

It's a sad day when you walk into a bank to do a deposit and your met with voting style booths instead of an actual banker. What's the point of being a bank when your anti human interaction?

The teller was putting the money in someone else's account while I was actively telling them the error they were making; the teller insisted that I was wrong and proceeded anyway with the deposit into a different person's account. The teller then directed me to someone else to have that other person convince me that I was wrong. The money is not in my account but in a family member's; I am sure I was not wrong. And the ledgers provide the proof. Now to figure out how to get my money back...

I met with Jake Taylor at the Yellowstone location to open a new business checking account for our condo association. Jake was very thorough in explaining all the account options to choose one that best fit our needs. He’s been very responsive and helpful with answering any questions that have come up. Hello, We have had 2 less than stellar experiences at the yellowstone location The same man was working both Saturdays we stopped in. Most recently was yesterday August 6th. He has no sense of urgency about helping anyone. We left yesterday and drove to the Junction rd location. We were greeted immediately by the woman working there and were in and out in less than 5 minutes. I don't usually like to get folks in trouble, but once is a bad day, BUT twice is a pattern.

Amanda was great! She went out of her way to help me! I asked her so many questions. She even called the corps office to get additional questions answered. She took everything I needed taken care of done.

Great credit union with branches all over Madison and increasing numbers in Milwaukee. Everyone I've encountered has been kind and helpful. Their app and website both work with little trouble.

Don’t go here . They won’t help you. I waited in a very packed line of cars - 10 min of waiting . When it was my turn I drove up and put the needed things in and closed the container. I sent it and then it came back with 3 things falling out of the container . It was a mess and a waste of my time. The stuff fell all over my lap and between the seat . I couldn’t get out or open the door so I had to leave . This is now the second time this location wouldn’t do anything- customer service needs help
