they video teller did not let me withdraw money from my partners account the second time around. the first teller asked me some verification questions and i was able to withdraw but the second teller said since im not on the account or have a joint account, i cant withdraw any money. scam, i wasted my time driving there, it makes no sense. the policy should not change.

Their app is clunky and the GUI isn't great. I had a business account, a business checking, and a business savings. I was completely unaware that because I didn't hold a grand balance that they were a parasitic draw on my account untill several months after it had began. No notification of this. After closing all accounts to move to my preferred CU, I was informed via telephone number on the back of my card that I was less than $.40 away from receiving any rewards. After over an hour of navigating the telephone menu, speaking with two people, and being placed up multiple holds was I told that they can no longer find the information I was told 20 minutes ago because I had closed my accounts. I got literally nothing back from the lender. The local brand staff are fine, but taking money from a small business and wasting my is so frustrating. I truly cannot recommend Summit Credit Union. I've already spoken to the relevant supervisory staff and they spoke with whoever they answer to. No recourse. Lost time and wages. All rewards completely gone

This was once the best summit branch/only one if you didnt want to get extremely irritated. That has changed, all the useful people at this branch are now gone and three times the people are now in their place. So sad, nothing but mush heads w no idea what is going on. Pathetic. And of course garbage music playing way too loud, that helps.

My daughter wanted to change in her coin purse for cash. It had about $25 of various coinage. She went in to the teller and was told to use the coin machine in their lobby. But the machine is only for members with a card so she couldn't use it. I would think that any bank could handle this request from a 12 year old girl. Not friendly/helpful customer service.

Professional and fast. Sometimes cars are backed up and the wait is frustrating but the location is the problem.

I went to summit credit union as a member to get 3 $100 bills for my daughter's graduation card, they told me they don't have hundreds, "will 50s do"? I'm not sure if it was because I'm black or what but I'm at the bank where I have $20,000 of my own money... You can't give me 100s?? Now I have to go to some other bank that has no ties to me at all to retrieve MY money the way I want.

Well wasted a half hour trying to make a deposit.Drove to this branch, 2:30 PM, got in drive-through line.It did not move. A little while later, it did not move. Sat for 10-15.Should have parked and gone in but gave up and drove away.

Before I became the treasurer last year, my condominium association set up its accounts at Summit Credit Union. Although the branch location is convenient, the tellers' lack of attention to detail is very disconcerting. My itemized deposit list clearly has the member number and the name of the account for the deposit printed on it at the top. Twice I've had tellers deposit the funds into the wrong account. Last month, the teller asked me which account I wanted the funds deposited to. I pointed out that the account was written right on the deposit list. Apparently she didn't even look at it! The fact that these errors have happened with three different tellers tells me that attention to detail and accuracy are not priorities at Summit. When it comes to financial matters, those two things are crucial. As a result of the ongoing errors, I will be moving the accounts to another financial institution as soon as the offices reopen to walk-in traffic.

I was in dire need of a money order or cashier's check to pay a ticket before it was too late and they ruin let me get either without having an account with them!!!!

Opened a checking account with Tracy today, and she was FANTASTIC! I brought my 1yr old along and both her and Heather made it enjoyable! Heather actually walked around with her while I was signing up so she didn't have to be coped up, and even gave her a hot pink pair of Summit shades! Best experience I've ever had at a bank/credit union.
