I think these reviews are spot on. They are very aggressive the second you walk in about getting your hands washed. This is a totally valid procedure, but it’s certainly unusual for someone getting a pedicure, so a little bit of grace could be shown when enforcing that rule. After I washed my hands she pointed at the wall and told me to pick my color. I noticed they were all regular polishes, so I assumed since they’re in a mall they don’t offer gel. Come to find out that service just wasn’t offered to me. My nails are cute, but the experience was stressful and not worth it when I can guarantee a better experience somewhere else.

We just got pedicures. A male did my daughters and didn't seem to care and only did half the work that the female who did mine. It was honestly just an ok experience but wouldn't recommend.

Been here multiple times. Pedicures are inconsistent, sometimes they remove the dead skin to make your feet smooth, other times they just scrub and lotion you up... it's so inconsistent and you pay same price both ways. I don't understand...

From the minute you walk in to this place, you feel the harassement. Horrible customer service….like they are the only nail place in Madison! Maybe the obligado one inside the mall…The place looks dirty, the lady (manager) began touching and movibg my stuff but when i want to pick my color, she demanded that I wash my hands when i was just doing a pedicure. Its not that i was asked to wash my hands…its how exoecially when she just placed her hands all over my stuff… she clearly said that she don’t need my business ( even though she only had reo customers on there) and i certanly don’t need her services….soooo Glad i walked out

I have been going here for close to 16 years. I have always been happy with the services I have received. (Pedicure, eyebrow wax and various nail services/Styles) whenever I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and friendly staff. They have every color you could imagine and the store is clean. Whether you make an appt or walk-in the staff is ready to assist and their prices are fair! Keep up the great work Super Nails!

I absolutely love T-Super Nails . I’ve been getting my nails done for close to 30 years and T is the ONLY nail technician to figure out my crazy nails. She fantastic. I can always get in quick and the service is ALWAYS 5 stars. Clean environment, great selection of colors and great people. Thank you for all you guys do

I got my nails done but when the time came and my nails grew out I couldn’t get the nail off. Was pretty unhappy with the experience unfortunately with acrylic manicures. The pedicures can be nice but when it came to pushing back my cuticles it was quite painful especially with the trimming of my toe nail.

I paid $70 for my new sets and get broken in 2 days. I try to call for fixing it, the lady on the phone is so rude for telling me to pay $30 to fix 3 nails. Bad customer service

I don't recommend this place at all!! looks horrible I could have just done my nails myself I think a toddler can do way better. It was very rushing and quick it made me feel like there wasn't enough time I was looking very forward to this and this is very upsetting I am surprised this business is still up.

They got me in super quick. Decent prices. The picture I'm including is about after 2 weeks with them already on... usually with work 1 is already broken (if I went to my usual place for nails) love the colors they had to offer. Usually i go for the typical French manicure and opted for all color. I do need to go back in for a fill, to shorten them a bit and a new color! ? Very satisfied with their work.
