Shopping is always a challenge with aislrs often blocked when shoppers park crosswise. Today the unmarked construction was a surprise. No signage from the west and north, so I was caught at the point where cars are waiting to park and shoppers who did are crossing without regard for others I found my way out and shopped elsewhere. How about helping customers to find a place to park?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE - the parking lot is carved up to where you have to park a mile away, low stock, during the day there is one cashier and you have to wait in a 6 person-deep line (they still won't let you through the self-checkout line with more than 10 items). Target is dying and it's about time - let a better store take its place

First off as someone who hardly shopped target, I’d like to specifically point out this Lien road store And say that this was one of the most terrible and Embarrassing experiences I’ve had in a department store yet. The staff were no help and extremely rude. I was about to purchase a bunch of clearance cosmetics that were “ misprinted“ That I specifically looked at the codes on To match with the sale when I got to the register, I guess security notice how many clearance items that I was purchasing and instead of Helping me, he told me that I could not purchase the items and he would not help me find the items that were on sale. I’m not gonna jump the gun and pull the race card But I did see him Back in the area where I was shopping and paid him no mind . Back at the register both The cashier and I were puzzled. I repeatedly asked him if I did not have the correct item. Could he show me Where it was and he refused. I felt Embarrassed as there was another woman who was purchasing some of the same items and had no problems during checkout, but I was being watched like a hawk. This made me feel Pinpointed and very uncomfortable so I left all of my items behind And left the store I called management. They were no help. They told me someone Upper management Will get back to me And no one ever did. Nothing was done about this employee . And I had to go through another department store for my purchases that night, which put me behind Schedule about two hours very inconvenient. I would not recommend Anyone who looks like me shop at this store you will be followed around More than you will Be helped.

Not a single aisle location listed for items in the app is accurate and staff doesn’t even know where things are. This store location is an absolute joke

We are happy there is Target Store in Madison. Growing middle class good for Madison. I buy almost everything at Target in Rochester, Minnesota.

This store has everything you didn't know you needed. There is something in every aisle that calls the money out of your pocket if you are not careful. I love how spacious the store is. Love the layout. It makes browsing seamless. Love the cleaners of the store and crisp smell. Very inviting atmosphere, which can be dangerous, especially if you are on a budget.

Out of stock of a lot of things so I quit going there. Every time I do a store pickup order they are out of something. Takes 5-6 hours a lot of times to get order. They hardly ever answer phone. Management and a lot of employees rude!

I used to love this Target and the people who worked in the service center. I would go out of my way to come here for the great energy and positive environment. I went to the store for the first time in a while and interacted with the rudest manager, watched her completely ignore her employee who talked to her and then heard another manager on a walkie talkie be incredibly rude while the check out person was helping me. What happened?? They used to have a happy go lucky kind of guy who was so nice and welcoming rather than scolding and biting managers who degrade their employees. There are still great people who work here, but the managers and the vibe of the store and customer care went from the best in town to the worst. I was so sad to see miserable employees who used to be happier. There were piles of stuff around the store blocking displays, Black Friday prep I imagine? It was not like that in years prior. I ordered at Starbucks and it took a pretty long time to get a tall latte, I really don't think I'll be back to the store as a customer -- the managers are driving people online and killing the store. I might as well go to Walmart with lower prices.

It's a nice enough store. I just don't like stores getting involved with politics, as this corporation does. Stick to what you know, which is sales of products, and you would be viewed in a much better light.
