They do not answer the phone at customer service at all. I have an urgent situation and I have tried calling them multiple times the past couple days and no one answers the phone. Poor service for sure in that department

I just had a lovely experience- on a roadtrip with a friend and we were looking for a specific CD and couldn’t find it even though the app said it was in stock. They were hidden away and virginia was able to find one and it made our day! Virginia you rock :)

Super frustrating when a store has holiday hours posted on line saying that they are open until midnight, and you make the drive to the store and there’s yet another sign on the door stating their holiday hours and that they were open until midnight tonight (among many other nights) and it’s all locked up at 11:15. Why say you’re open if you’re not?

Only self-checkouts open for a few hours at the end of the evening. Brought to attention of management and multiple staff in past about how this is problematic and nothing has changed. The store has also added a lot of high-end merchandise including makeup and home appliances with no one available to demo it or ask questions, but it’s the same premium price as at a high-end store. Someof the basic canned fruits are priced higher than the local premium grocery store, and yet there is less human help. Cannot get vaccines at pharmacy here either as not contracted with a major insurance carrier.12/15/23 Update:All of the Scandanavian-themed holiday decor is sold out. (Chip Gaines Hearth and Hand) Most of it was not a decent quality for the price. The potholders and dish towels were nice but the patterns too plain - striped and plaid. Some of it sold out pretty early, and two weeks before Christmas which is when many shop, sold out. There were multiple Hispanic songs playing in the store. The beat was so fast the words were unintelligible. But then there is no Hispanic holiday merchandise. No real selection of adult holiday gift items. Continue to not be able to find quality ladies garments here or appropriate office products for a fair price. Could not find holiday mailers in the mailer aisle. Wall hook racks for hanging coats very plain and generic. Most of the home decor, dishes, and home storage very plain and generic, and overpriced. Literally the only items I could find were in the pharmacy section. The of oral care products was poor. Oddball specialty toothpastes, and not the standard kinds. Very limited selection of dental floss and gum treatment items. If allergic to one brand, there is not an alternate choice. Also included some ingredients that are hard to determine what is actually in the product. On the upside… if you’re looking for a selection of basketballs, there are about 30 choices - many specialty colors and sizes. Only one human-run cashier station open. The rest self-checkout. Will be monitored by video which makes me feel like being treated like a thief.

Love that this Target is clean, well stocked and organized. Have some great employees that smile and greet you, offer assistance. Makes the upcoming holiday shopping more fun.

A perfectly adequate target, which means its a step above most similar stores. Nice staff, quick to resolve issues, and while their stock levels are frequently low, the staff are happy to order something you can't find or tell you which nearby store has it in stock.

This store is going downhill and fast. I understand the need to send people with more items through the checkout lines but then they are not staffed. Stores are more focused on the curbside pickup for the privileged and could care less about those who come to the actual store. I think it's time like so many others have said to ditch Target.

This particular target is a gamble. Sometimes, they are stocked. Some times they aren't. Sometimes, the cashiers are polite. Sometimes, they aren't. If you have the time to visit multiple stores in case they don't have the item in stock, then no problem. No one wipes off the carts, so if it's raining, bring your own wipes or towels because the carts will be wet.

They don't seem to have fully recovered from there remodeling last year. Store seems unorganized... clothes were all over floor, random stocking bins left around the store. The TJ Maxx went to recently seemed more orderly than the west side Target.
