The Embassy Apartments offers a great value with the lowest prices and a perfect downtown location right next to campus, providing convenient access to everything Madison has to offer. The building is always clean and apartments are in good condition with spacious layouts. Amenities are great, including many study rooms and common spaces, laundry on every floor, secure bike racks, and a safe room for packages with good handling. The staff is wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful, always answering questions promptly. Maintenance is super quick, friendly, and ready to take care of any concerns immediately, with an emergency line available for repairs. Communication is always professional and issues are dealt with immediately. Some residents note that walls are thin, allowing noise from neighbors and the main street to be heard, and insulation can be poor, letting in cold air. Maintenance checks are very frequent, sometimes with short notice. Despite these points, it is considered a perfect compromise between comfort and affordability, an exceptional place that feels like home and is a great alternative to dorm living. Overall, it is a perfect place to rent from.

The staff here is wonderful! Maintenance is super quick and friendly when it comes to repairs and all of the staff has been helpful when it comes to my packages!

My experience has always been very professional and communication with the staff when something is wrong has always been dealt with immediately.Everytime I call either Mitch or Abby have always been a joy to talk too.Perfect place to rent from
