This is my first time to come here for my big loads of down blankets and large heavy curtains. I was surprised to see how clean and orderly the place is and the machines are big and works like a "well-oiled machines". The place has clean toilets as well. There is even an Asian store with small eatery inside. One stop trip. You don't need to find quarters as the machines have a built in fast cards to use and there are soap detergents to purchase as well. A good find to me.

The owners let us and another small group of people in very close to closing so we could do our laundry. Very kind of them, I appreciate it!

The laundromat is always clean, and has a variety of different sized washers and dryers, neatly organized. The prices are very reasonable, and almost every machine has a card reader for credit/debit use. There's a $10 hold (which Is returned) for using a card, but they offer a neat in-store laundry card that you can load the funds onto quick and easy to avoid the hold. The in-store card also gives you $0.05 on the dollar for any money you put on it, which is a nice little cashback that adds up.Other than the machines themselves, the bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the building has public Wi-Fi. There's a Hmong store next door, with a restaurant in the back, if you want a snack while you wait. All in all, I much prefer driving down to this laundromat over using the machines in my apartment's basement.

Just had the weirdest experience while in here alone at 11pm. All in a few minutes I hear the toilet seat slam, see the door close, squeaking like sneakers on the tile, and I kid you not clear as day whispering. Thank god the cleaning lady came in because I was about to leave her a puddle on the floor! Great place but after tonight I’m not entirely convinced it’s not haunted!

Great laundromat! The machines look pretty new and are well maintained. The whole place was pretty clean. I appreciate the ability to use a credit card on the machines so you don't have to carry around coins (but you can also use coins if you have them).

Clean facility, attentive owners. Only downside is when I visited, the credit card readers tap to pay function was down

Does anyone know how I can reach the owners? I have called their number a total of 10 times throughout the day and got no answer. I need to get a hold of them for a work related issue.

I got off work late and had to stay past clothes (pun) in order to finish my laundry. They were extremely understanding, and I'm incredibly grateful! Thank you!

Always a great experience using this laundromat! Washers and dryers are newer and easy to use, plus they offer a payment card that you can load with cash or credit/debit card! They also offer bonuses for loading $20 or more. Restroom is available on site & it's clean. I highly recommend using this laundromat if you're on the south side of Madison.

I apologize in advance for any spelling or grammar errors, run on sentences, etc. It's 2am and I haven't slept much in the last few days and I'm feeling it. That said...This laundromat has the largest machines of any laundromat I've ever been to. One is $13.50 and holds ALOT of laundry. There are two more that cost $10 each and they hold just a little less than the $13.50 machine but still more than the largest machines at any other laundromat. These are perfect for blankets, comforters, sleeping bags, and really any and all large linens. In the $13.50 washer, I washed 5 blankets, one king size comforter, several towels, sheets, and all my clothes from the last two weeks plus a few baby clothes and there was still adequate space for the washer to actually do it's job properly. For perspective, everything was in two 33 gallon trash bags which were both super full.In addition to the largest, this facility also has the most variety. That is, they have more sizes of washers to choose from, I believe 5 or 6 different sizes. Most places I've been to have 3, maybe 4 at most. There are also plenty of dryers and numerous tables for folding your finished laundry. There's a soda machine just outside the left entry (there are two entries at this laundromat) in case you get thirsty and a BP gas station and convenience store across the street.

Good prices, and someone deserves the stars missing from my apartment's review, as I visited here because my building's maintenance has left my washer broken for over a month. Will be back until my landlord remembers their responsibilities.

This is a very clean safe atmosphere that the owners there selves keep up with. This smart patron family friendly place will go back too. BTW mommy's and daddy's drink and food are allowed ????

I moved to Madison several months ago, and this is the only laundry mat I use and will ever use! Both locations are good, great space and a diversity of machines.
