Took my grandmother to see Jo Koy and there is no elevator, but staff were very accommodating and let us move our seats on the floor to to the handicap section.

We've been here twice now to see comedians. Once in the front row and once in the balcony and both experiences were great. I don't think there is a bad seat in the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it's an easy walk to hotels and restaurants.

I had a seat in the last row at the top and it was still an amazing time. A staff member helped me get someone out of my seat as well which was super helpful!
