Have been in the store before when visiting Madison and absolutely love it. I truly miss the same store that we had here in Iowa city years ago. To go there is a unique experience.

Went in and asked for some help looking for gifts, and even though I was vague and awkward, the employees were very helpful. One girl in particular (wish I had asked her name, brown curly hair) helped me make a custom salt spray recently, and was very kind and patient this time as well.
