The only customers that can win the right to buy rare bourbon are the ones who spend the most money. Membership rewards deals suck and are only in rebate form. They scammed me and said I'd receive 1000 points for signing up then the email didn't work. Just go to Woodman's it's cheaper.

The one bottle I went in there to get they didn't have... quite rare to happen I assume... they have so much to pick from. Their California store did have the bottle I was looking for... lol.

They offer a good selection of products, although I’ve found that some items are more affordable at Woodman's. On the positive side, their wine selection is notably better, which adds to the overall shopping experience.

The last time I went not a single salesperson had the time of day for me or even acknowledged me. Not to mention their joke of a rewards program. There are at least 3 times they did not record my sales on the app. I tried using the chat feature to correct these and the live person was indifferent and cold. Not to mention their idea of a birthday reward is a discount on glassware. Done with them and the high prices, pushing of IJW products and Chestnut Farms, and rewards you have to spend $5,000 in a year to receive.
