I appreciate the service I received from Heidi and another gentleman at the front desk at this store. The warranty Trek has on its products is excellent and after explaining my issue with this item, it was replaced.......no funny looks or lack of belief with the problem. Thank you!

Heidi helped me find a new bike. She was super helpful and not pushy at all. She helped me get all the accessories needed for biking to campus and was wonderful to work with. All the other employees I interacted with were super nice as well
