The guy behind the counter is rude as hell. Didnt say a single word to me as I was checking out but after I authorized my signature he's like "this your signature? Really? Not okay, bye" after I literally just signed my name lol his english was very poor but thats no excuse. It may be best for buisiness if he hired a cashier with some customer service experience to do this job for him. Regardless I wont be going back.

Conveniently located near the Overture Center.

Used to be kind of a hippyish convenience store if there is such a thing but now the people there are rude.

The guy is never there. Open sign on, doors locked. I think out of the 10 times I’ve stopped by it’s “closed” and only could go in once. The guy also asks to see my ID when purchasing food items which also is very odd. Too bad since it’s a Madison icon, don’t actually go there if you need anything.

They allegedly open at 10. However the door is usually locked. Had a guy lock up the globe restaurant across the parking lot, and open the doors to triangle today at 11, an hour after open. Monday I had a construction worker practically accost me asking "what do you need? What do you need? What do you need? What do you need?" Over and over like he was a kindergartner trying to start a fight. I think I'll take my money elsewhere. If you can't stand in one spot and cashier. You got bigger problems than what I can comprehend.

Great prices! Small store, but don't be afraid to go downstairs as well. There is a large refrigerator/freezer section in the back.Things are arranged easy to find and they have a nice selection of things. The carts are large but nice because they have wheels to pull behind you.

Staff is extremely helpful and kind. You can always expect great and friendly conversation when you enter the store. The prices are also great at the store. I love stopping in at this shop whenever I’m on state street!

As long as I've been in Madison, this main-stay market, one of the oldest on State street. It's antiquated location, unable to hold more than 10 people at one time, is cozy, a mesh of both the modern and old. Products inside are some of the most reasonable on State street

Support Triangle Market! It’s a small business that has anchored State Street for decades!???

This place has been there forever and is a downtown Madison legend. Go for a free tour! Great location and super convenient, good prices too. Plus the owners are some of the best people you'll meet!

Needed stamps in a bind. One of the younger clerks was able to help. After that, I encountered the owner (or someone related to him) who couldn't understand what I was asking for, or at least claimed not to understand. You can figure out how to get the homeless guy his specific scratch tickets and pick out brands of vape carts, but you don't know what stamps are? SERIOUSLY?
