I had great experience working with Mike and Justice. They were both careful not to damage anything and quick to get things moved. Mike did a good job figuring out where to put the truck when the obvious place to park weren't available which I appreciated.

The Two Men and a Truck team was tremendous starting with Becca who helped us plan our move to the moving team themselves. Malcom S, Jeremy L, and Ahyomi C were top notch. They were friendly, thorough, and careful. They went above and beyond in moving our property to our new home and it is without hesitation that I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone planning on moving.

The move went pretty smoothly , but the team damaged two of my items, and three areas in the home ( floor and walls ) .
The team took some pictures of the damage and assured me the claim process was easy
*** unfortunately this is not the case with two men and a truck .***
It took me 30+ emails and five months for Matthew ( the General Manager ) to fix 1 of the three damaged areas . The other two areas I repaired myself , as I lost faith they would ever take accountability for their mistakes .
When I told Matt what I expected as a monetary solution ($395), it turned into his negotiation - not an opportunity to resolve my concerns .
All I wanted was to be made whole, replace my damaged items and give me compensation for the hassle of following up week after week to get the process moving.
The last thing anyone should be stressing about when moving is if your moving company will treat you with respect .
I will find a different moving company next time…

Ryan and Mike did a great job, helping me move out of my apartment. Due to a snowstorm on the way my move time got bumped up, which also meant I wasn’t quite done with packing, they came in, no judgement and and helped!

Susan and Zaddi were absolutely incredible. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Their attitudes were great, they were careful with all my belongings, and they went above and beyond to make sure the boxes and furniture went in the best place at my new apartment. I would highly recommend them.

I called 2 weeks of moving day and was assured everything was on track. I called the day before and was again assured the drivers would call 15 minutes before arrival and my window was 8am- 9 am. I called that day and was assured everything was ok. I called at 8:15 that day and was again assured they were on schedule.
Finally at 2:30 we receive a call that the crew was on their way. The crew showed and moved the few items across the parking lot and were complaining about each other the whole time. You could hear them 2 buildings away! Very unprofessional the whole organization.
The manager did call me after I texted him and he did apologize for the mix up. He did not realize he had a move on Saturday.
He assured me they would reduce my charge. I received a bill for
the time the movers were there (I was not charged for their drive time).
How do I charge Two Men and a Truck for being 6 hours late!

What a truly amazing company. So very kind and so communicative. We have had Michael B and Oliver for two of our moves. They are so personable that I even got a hug when they greeted me this last time. They take great pride in their work as well as take extra care with your belongings. Michael is also great with communication. He let me know when they were leaving the shop and also took pictures of our storage unit that we had moved into. We have also had other movers as well from them that are great. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys again for your awesome work. Well done!

Malcolm, Susan, Oliver, and Ayomi were very professional and skillfully prepared our furniture wrapping it and carefully loading it on the two trucks. All items in our move were placed exactly where and how we wanted them. No items were scratched or broken. The whole crew was extremely friendly and helpful. My movers helped me out so much! Wrapped everything well, took apart and reassembled furniture, and dealt with elevators issues with patience and grace. Worked to try to finish things in a timely manner for me to pay less.
