Dishonest, terrible customer support, and predatory business practice.After making a multiday reservation for a truck several months in advance, and calling the day before to confirm there no issues, my girlfriend and I arrived to pick up the rental only to be told we suddenly could only have it for a day. At no point we were informed of this during the reservation process. In fact, Uhaul threatened us with extra fees if we kept for the originally agreed upon time. This was during the moving weekend for most of the city, so there were no other moving trucks we could have gotten on short notice (which I'm sure is why they only did 24 hour rentals, scalp as many college kids as they can), we had no choice but to take the truck and keep it for the extra days anyways.After calling Uhaul customer support, the only solution they offered us was driving to another city an hour away, rent another truck, bring that back and transfer our stuff to that truck so we could return the first one. This was not an option for us and deeply disappointed that instead of honoring the reservation. When we requested that the recordings of the reservation calls be forwarded to us, Uhaul took weeks and multiple requests and couldn't even send all of the recordings (three in total).Ultimately, the penalty fees uhaul insisted on cost us several hundred dollars more then the rental should have been.Actively dishonest, predatory business with a corporate customer support that has no interest in resolving issues. Never renting a uhual again.

Hands down the worse customer service experience I have had in a long time. We had hitch wiring installed. Made the mistake of assuming they knew what they were doing and didn’t test it before leaving. Long story short, wayyyy too many hours on hold, over 320 miles driven back on forth on our cars and we STILL don’t have wiring that works. Luckily, it only took 10 calls to get our money refunded. Morale: don’t go here. And if you do, be sure to double check everything they touch

Very expensive, signed up online, but it still took 30-45 minutes in store to get everything signed off. I will be finding other options from here on out.

I don't know the name of the man that I dealt with here but he was very helpful called me back very NICE Thanks again Mike
