Great people great company not sure how it would be to work there but people look happy when you go in to get tires so I would assume happy environment.

Truck drivers be aware worst place to take a load, employees there be passing behind you while you are backing up, morning crew the worst very unprofessional. No safety at all. Other than that there is parking overnight on the side of the building.

We have been working with US Auto Force for almost 6 years. Never had a problem and loved them up until this last year. We are a small business and were charged thousands for a service we never received. We have spoken to our Reps and everyone in our area to help get this resolved to only be ignored. Great example of a big cooperation driving a local small business into the ground.

Sent one of my workers to US auto force to return some cores, should be a simple transaction. Nope, need a phone call to give notice before we can come to return the cores. Never heard of that in this industry before and we spent over an hour round trip getting there and back. Now we have to go again. Good parts but that policy seems unnecessary and I may add as well we were never told that to begin with.

Our company has an account with US Auto Force, we purchase all our tires here, they also carry undercar parts here, the prices are the best in town. Sales staff is helpful and polite.

They failed to deliver tires. Spent several days on the phone trying to locate them, then had to pick them up from the warehouse. They were absolutely no help and the worst customer service ever! At eight months pregnant I had to find the big truck tires that were supposedly already picked and load them myself. I will find somewhere else to use for our business account.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. If I could rate this place -5 stars, I would. We are a small business family owned shop, and we have been doing business with U.S. Auto Force for about 3 years now, and everything was good up until last September when we started sending back some returns for credit. We didn't see any credits submitted onto any of our invoices so I had called to talk to them about it. They told us that they would get on it right away and we should start seeing them within the next few weeks. Speed up to about a month later, still nothing, and let me say that we have about $600+ worth of credit that they still owe us from returns that we had sent back. Called them again and they just keep giving us the round-around about it, they also mentioned that we probably haven't seen any of our credits because we owe them money, but that can't be possible because every time we pay for a order we have a COD (cash on delivery) account. So, either someone is taking the cash and putting it into their pockets or they're just being bad business partners. I've also been asking around with other business's that have been using U.S. Auto Force and the same thing is happening to them. This is absolutely unacceptable and something needs to be done. I've finally given up trying to get my money from them, and have given my business to someone else. I hope someone takes the time to read this review and hopefully it'll save them time and hundreds of dollars that they WILL NOT return back to you.

They need to check the drives they have. One guy seemed drunk weaving in and out his lane going down midvale.
