Hands down the very best electronic repair store I have been to. This weekend Fritz fixed my charging problem on my iPhone. A big thanks to Fritz. I’ve also taken iPads other phones and my sons laptop. This is store is great and all the employees are friendly! Thank you

I’ve been to both locations in Madison now, and both are great. The locations and buildings aren’t flashy, but the workers are nice, and they have been able to help me both times. They replaced the SSD (computer storage) in my laptop, and although they were unable to recover the data off of the old one, they gave me a referral to a place that might be able to. They didn’t charge me for this since they were unable to recover anything, which I thought was considerate of them. Lots of car parking, no bike parking whatsoever. I brought my bike inside with me, which they were fine with.

Came in because I couldn’t get lightning charging port on my iPhone to work with most cords. Houston cleaned it out in very little time and it is working well now. Very much appreciate the service.

The staff in the Madison WI store was accommodating and moved quickly to fix my screen under the Asurion policy. I appreciate their assistance. It would be best if you tried to increase the staff at this location.They are very pleasant people who care about serving their customers' needs.

Went to drop of my phone that needs screen repair, claim is already in and already paid for. Got there around 6:20 p.m. The guy working tonight said he couldn't help me because you close at 6, if that is the case update website hours and hours on broacher. The fact that this should of been an easy drop off and he couldn't even do that for me quick and set this aside for tomorrows repairs is ridiculous. Poor customer service!

I had part of a charging port stuck in my phone, and I took it in. The employee, Noah, grabbed the proper too and took it out right away. I was in the store for less than a minute. Great customer service

I love this location. I've been having such an issue with my Google Pixel Pro 7. I had to wait about a week for the parts to come in but when I dropped it off the repair only took 3 days instead of a full week. The service was great!

I have an old iPhone 7 and for months I've been having trouble charging the phone, the slightest jostle stopped from charging, I had been dreading trying to get it repaired. I called multiple places and they said they wouldn't do charge ports, but one of them recommended I try uBreakiFix. When I got there the technician listened to my request for a new charge port, then he asked me about if I was only getting a charge if I inserted my cable with at an angle, which was true. He asked my permission to try something. He took out a toothbrush and a picking tool and removed lint, dust, and gunk from the charge port. My phone started charging like new. He gave me some useful maintenance advice and charged me nothing. I spent nothing today, but I guarantee I'll be exclusively using uBreakiFix for any future issues with my phone or computers, class act.

Sometimes things just don't work out. That was our case. There was no way to repair the damage done. But we appreciated the speed t6hat you were able to get back to us. So now all we have to do is try to remember all the contacts and reload them. The many pictures that we no longer have acess to is heart breaking. But life goes on.

Had to have my phone screen replaced. Service was great and really fast. I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Noah and Kaiser did a great job.

Lost all my photos and videos on phone after motherboard was replaced. Was not properly informed and warned that there'd be potential data/memory loss with replacement. I never had to back up my phone when I visited the shop previously and was never advised to do so. Not tech savvy or know about phones much but you'd think those working in the industry would be more helpful. All photos and videos from recent family trip is gone. Received general reply to my review instructing me to email support and I did. Was given runaround for 2 days about whether I could recover my data to only be told that memory/data loss is inevitable and that its not the responsibility of company/workers when it happens per terms of service and conditions. Proper training of notice to customers needs to be reviewed and implemented.

I struggle to write a negative review, because if you follow any of my business reviews, I don't write negativity about any business that is working hard to build clientele and survive.So, in order to justify a negative review, you know this business was working HARD to get one.Let's start with the fact that most people visiting a phone repair facility are not doing so proactively. There is a broken or damaged phone, and being without a phone in today's environment could be worse than losing your wallet or keys. In fact, it is probably worse than losing both at the same time. Terrible situation to ever be in, and being met with anything less than kindness, understanding and accommodating customer service would be viewed as a negative experience.Before leaving to visit this business, I booked one of the available appointments directly from the search return on Google.After driving 40 minutes to arrive for my 2pm appointment, I was met with an empty storefront.I stood in the business for a few minutes before a voice from the back commented that "everyone is on an extended lunch break", and I could "come back at 3:20pm".I informed the person, who still remained out of view in the back room, that I was there for a 2pm appointment. This person could not have cared less and told me, "we don't take appointments" and that "everything is walk-up only".I was astounded with the lack of consideration from this employee, their incredibly poor communication skills and the overall terrible business operation practices here.I asked the employee, who still remained behind the wall and out of sight, what my options were. The response was a cold "come back at 3:20".Well I voted with my feet and am leaving a very, very rare negative review. I ended up visiting another business on University Ave., and they were incredibly helpful - exactly what I was expecting from a service business.I have been to this location previously, having a phone repaired 6-7 months ago. I would have been a repeat customer. Now, I will NEVER return to this location and question the entire business, Asurion and Google's decision to partner with such a poorly managed facility for repair of their phones.Just highly disappointed. ☹️

First I drowned my phone and it needed the screen replaced while they were fixing that they dropped the phone and broke the back of it they offered to fix for free but made me make 2- 120 mile trips to drop and pick up again. Even after I called headquarters to try and get some satisfaction regarding their own mistake. The repair took 3 times as long as they had promised and I was unable to reach the facility to check repair status. I have had good experience with them In the past but they are now going to the pits. Def staying outa there. Update: If they reply to your google review and ask you to call them direct, You might as well not do it. They definitely do not do much about customer service and satisfaction.
