Been coming here for years, but it’s clear that I will have to find another location. Two staff on duty today—just my luck to get the colossally rude person who grunted at me, pointed (no words!) to indicate what I should do and where I should go, never smiled, never asked if I needed anything else, and never thanked me for stopping in. You can blame the individual, but who’s setting the tone at this store? Most customers are friendly people from the surrounding neighborhood. No one comes in looking for this kind of experience. Will never return.

I have had terrible experiences at this ups store. The person helping me Really has a bad attitude with NO Smile anytime I've been there and really hates their job obviously.

The employees at the UPS store on Sherman are always friendly and very efficient. I so appreciate that every time I come in, whether there are many people waiting in line or I am the only person - the employees quickly get my package processed. They are always polite and I am met with friendly smiles upon entering. They make sending packages or returning products almost effortless. Thanks

The reason I gave UPS a one star is because I have been waiting for two days for my package to come. I switched my address over to another location where I stay and they still have not got back to me or gave me my package. It’s unacceptable that I have to wait for two days 24 hour. Wait just for them to change the address order. I should not have to wait for my own package to be at the exact time of the location it’s supposed to be you guys do not know how to do your jobs. You guys should just stop doing your jobs and just pick a different course because UPS you guys don’t know how to deliver On time you guys are the worst delivery people ever. Amazon is faster than you guys y’all make me And I’ll be making sure that I call corporate because there’s no way in hell that I should ever have to wait 24 hours just for To switch over the location when I paid $15.99days before it makes no sense but I will be calling corporate And I want my refund back since y’all don’t know how to bring my package on time and I have to wait

James answering the phone is extremely rude and should be doing something else. Called about the 3-D printing service at UPS stores, and James proceeded to presume that he didn't know and no UPS store has 3d printers. Found the UPS store that does the 3-D printing and called James back to inform him and he was very rude, short and hung up on me.

They have this one employee that is sooo grumpy all the time! Like he has a personal vendetta against every customer. Like he’s putting a curse on me for every Amazon return I make. I cherish the times when it is NOT him handling my business

I was just there about 10 minutes ago, as I was walking in the door the gentlemen working opened the door for me I'm on crutches, so that was nice and as I left he opened the door for me again great service

Anthony and his team customer service is excellent. I left my phone in a rental car and to meet his deadline to send next day was willing to go over to Hertz to retrieve it. Fortunately, Hertz made the delivery over to the store, Anthony had it wrapped and sent out on time to make the one day.
Anthony took ownership of the problem and made sure my problem of leaving a phone at Hertz got resolved for me.

The UPS store is fine it's just UPS I have a problem with. Having them screw up to deliveries within 2 weeks costing me much money I will never use UPS again and will make a point of telling everybody my experiences and the lies they told me. I want order from anybody that delivers using UPS and I will spend more if necessary to make sure that UPS is out of my life forever.
