Customer service was outstanding! Daniel was the gentleman who helped me he was very helpful, respectful, and kind. The environment was also clean and neat, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Lazy delivery drivers never look for address just put packages as missed delivery. They suck as a company.

I was in there on Saturday afternoon. I want to commend the two gentlemen working behind the counter. There was a woman in there who was looking for a package the two gentlemen did everything they could to help her and look for her package. Unfortunately they were unable to find it and the way this woman treated them I have never seen somebody treat somebody in customer service so poorly. There was even talk of calling the police over a misplaced package.
I want to commend the two gentlemen there for keeping their cool staying professional.
If I was in their position I know I would not been able to keep being as nice to this lady as they were after the way she was treating them.
I want to commend these two gentlemen for keeping their cool and tell you that I've always gotten great customer service from everybody who works there.

Very fast customer service! Employees were all attentive. Gentleman that was about to go on lunch, took the initiative and stayed to help me notarize a document. These guys were great! Thank you very much!

Never thought I'd write a review for the UPS store, but the team here were awesome when I was in a terrible jam. The great customer service and super friendly and helpful staff made a UPS store customer for life out of me.

I love how the Amazon return kiosks are conveniently located right at the entrance, it makes dropping off returns so quick and hassle-free! Plus, the staff there are always so friendly and helpful.

I had no way of knowing the driver was here, never rang my doorbell to see if it was home(which I was) so I couldn't get my package I was waiting 2 weeks for. The representative I called told me I lived in a high risk area which I kinda understand but never even tried to let me know they were at the door. How am I supposed to sign for a package if I don't know you are here? I know you are just doing your job but do better.

The employees here are always super nice and greet you when you walk in. The best part is they have an automated scanner area for amazon packages so you dont have to worry about waiting in line to ship small and medium sized packages. You can just scan and go! I would say the only downside is that if you come on a weekday around 4-6pm, the parking outside is limited.

I wanted to take the time to express my most sincere appreciation for your employee named Henry at your East Town location on Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm today. He was very patient in helping me create the best colored flier possible for a Veterans organization which brings awareness to the epidemic of Veteran suicide. He could have made excuses for himself or asked me to return another time, but instead went out of his way to troubleshoot the issues he was having with the store's printer, and did so successfully. His professionalism, persistence, and personal integrity as it relates to fulfilling his duties as a representative of your business should not be overlooked, and will hopefully be acknowledged by his superiors.

CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION. The ladies here are Extremely rude. They also can't answer questions. They even laugh at you for asking a question. It's disgusting!

9-21-24: Super nice clerk helped with a color printing project and did a great job! Much better than the FedEx office store for the exact same project, and for about 20 percent of the cost at FedEx. Much appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you!
