I need my package so I can cook dinner because Im homeless. They received it and then sent it to washington state??? It came from new jersey and then got sent to Washington. You could just deliver it to my mailbox. Im sick of not being able to cook real food. Literally sick.

Unacceptable hours -- 2 hours in the AM, 2 in the PM, none on Saturday. That's 20 hours a week. FedEx's Ship Center is open 66 hours a week (including on Saturday).Packages are held in an unheated garage, with trucks parked in it. Smells like, well, a garage -- oil/gas smell. Hope you don't have anything nice (or perishable) being held for you.

They have had my package for over 3 weeks and are giving me every excuse possible why they haven't delivered it yet. Their supposed to be known for on time delivery and excellent customer service...ha

Just had a delivery today that weighed 200 pounds and the driver wheeled it down my street a good block and a half to my driveway.
