So bad customer service. I was calling from different country for 19 minutes. Lady picked up . I even did not finish explaining what I need help with and she hanged out. TERRIBLE.

Go in and talk to Nick the GM. I switched over to USBank after meeting Nick, he's a true professional and goes above and beyond to make sure my banking needs are met. I own several companies and he has really made my life simpler since the switch!

I received a check from a University of WI research project for $25. I thought I could get it cashed at this US Bank, as it was drawn on US Bank. No problemo! All I had to do was provide a thumbprint and picture ID. Oh and the minor fee of 28%!!!!!!!! I told the person they were making out pretty well on cashing their own checks. And I thought the fees charged at those check cashing places was high. They don't even charge that much! Can you believe it? Of course there is the risk they take of cashing one of their own checks. I just didn't realize cashing one of their own checks was all that risky. UNBELIEVABLE!
