Lost my job during the worst of the pandemic and instead of offering to help, knowing I would eventually get another job, they hit me with hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees, closed my account before I could get a new job and pay them back, then sent the bill to collections.

Absolutely terrible service. Zero help with wire transfers or external transfers. You get much better support with any another big bank or any credit union for that matter.

I was concerned about traffic and parking but I was surprised! They validate for their convenient underground parking so it's in and out! They follow safety guidelines to keep us all safe which I appreciate. I dealt with Sam and Mike who made my visit feel like I was the only customer. Bravo!I can bank anywhere but I am happy I stopped by today.

Takes forever with one customer in at a time and all Asians working as it seems like they get chosen to go first! Never will I return to this bank branch. I use to love it but now they just talking about they’re home land and who and what they know when working ppl like me got things to do and go about

This is the best branch in town. The tellers are great and if there is ever a problem there is a banker available - a real human - to handle it. And free parking on the square. I drive past other branches to come to this one.

Calling the Capital Square branch. When you get voicemail, instead of being able to leave a message at the beep, it hangs up on you. Totally bad.

Terrible experience! Worst customer service! I parked in their lot because I was working in their building this week. I couldn't leave because their parking attendant doesn't accept $50's. The teller wouldn't exchange money for a non-account holder. The banker wouldn't let me open an account "just to exchange money". Had to walk all the way to another bank. This bank is horrible.

The worse bank to go to as an Real Estate investor. They treat you like garbage and they have no basis of a personal relationship with their clients. Never been treated more worse as a client from a bank then US Bank. You figure that if I'm a client with loans and accounts and with a portfolio with loans over 10 millions that they would give you some attention and would build a client relationship. I was assigned with personal banker that in years never answer my calls, left him tons of voicemails at his office and cell phone. So, that's the customer service I got! Clearly they don't care about their customers!! It was a nightmare getting some loans and even a bigger headache when those loans came for renewals. I would recommend you go find a community bank and build a relationship with that bank, clearly US Bank is not the bank that you can build a relationship with. They talk, blow smoke and lie and they are no action at all!

The tellers themselves are on average great. But as a Bank one of the worst and least helpful banks you can choose. I'm in the process of closing all accounts that the oldest ones were almost 10 years. All due the how horrendous this corporation is. It truly saddens me because I used to love them so very much.
