Darian was super friendly and helpful! He was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this bank for checking, savings, mortgages, and more. My parents have banked here for over 30 years (when it was Firstar) and my husband and I bank here now.

No wonder this place has poor reviews. 3 cashiers and none of them even acknowledge you. I had to ask someone if they were all busy and she quickly brushed me off. Bryan reluctantly “helped” me as if it was such a hassle to do his job. After my transaction was denied he decides to give me advice that would’ve been helpful in the first place. What a joke

Visited this location yesterday to have the last name changed on my account. The teller was beyond pretentious even going so far as to completely ignore me when asking him a question. I had to ask him 3 times & when he finally did respond he wouldn't even look at me. Just on a human level the interaction was ridiculous much less customer service.

I don't easily give one star ratings, but my recent interaction with US Bank / the Assistant Manager of this branch was highly unprofessional and seriously deserves a one-star rating.Voicemails and emails were not returned, inaccurate and inappropriate information was provided and it all felt like a scam. This was my last interaction with this branch.Supposedly, US Bank gets the best ratings nationwide. Not here.

Customer service agent didn't acknowledge me when I pulled in. Ten seconds later she acknowledge the guy who pulled up next. She knew him by first name. Makes me feel like an unimportant number. So why should I care about you as a bank when I'm ignored

I came here to cash some savings bonds of mine which had matured, and was not impressed. The teller who worked on my transaction kept asking his supervisor for reassurance and assistance, which was disconcerting. I was told that I would not be able to cash the checks unless I opened an account with them; and even then he said he was not completely sure I’d be able and cash them that day (I was a teller for two years; you don’t need an account anywhere to cash federal checks at any bank, and new checking accounts may have a minimum balance, but you can absolutely cash a check right away). Anyway, I decided I wanted to open an account with them, and was rejected because of an outstanding balance on another bank account from almost 10 years ago, which I’ve since repaid and taken classes for.At this point I was told my only option would be mailing the savings bonds to the treasury department, and getting the cash mailed back to me (you can mail cash now?!).The atmosphere was clean, but stuffy and slightly outdated. I felt like the personality of employees was relatively pretentious, and I didn’t feel comfortable.Regardless, the next bank I went was great, and had no problem cashing my bonds for me.
