Never have had good experience at this store. If you come, expect one of two things: at least a 1 hour wait time, & (depending on who’s working) passive aggressive Latina teens. Treating them with basic respect isn’t enough, if you get unlucky you will have to deal with unnecessarily sass. Just avoid the place 👍
Update: if you are of Mexican heritage disregard everything I said previously, they will treat you good 👍

The reps and me got into a huge argument they would refuse to give me a receipt after about 6 hours of calling their customer care. Until I finally snapped I argued with one of them, unfortunately they accused me of having a firearm. No wonder why this store sucks.
Thankfully chime approved my dispute. Don’t shop with this scummy company.

Bryan was absolutely fantastic. He was the only one working in the store and was treating everyone with kindness and fairness, he was not phased at all. He’s a true professional, he helped me set up my new phone, flawlessly. Will definitely be back to him for any questions or concerns.

The customer service at this location is outstanding! They were short staffed, but Jason and Bryan were very professional and friendly with their communication. Addressing all the customers in the store and keeping us updated. 10/10 would recommend this location to a friend.

This location seems like it's a little bit understaffed. But the guy was pretty helpful and I got what I needed. I would just say if you're in a hurry, this is not the place to go. I wasn't in a hurry and just needed a new phone charger. I had a decent experience here otherwise.
