Lied about three different packages that they "couldn't deliver" even though I have had zero issues with any other carriers. Two they marked delivered to a parcel locker I don't even have and refused to help further when I asked about it. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude and can't even be bothered to do basic things. They can deliver my mail but not a package to the exact same room?

Marked my medications as delivered to our apartment's locked mailbox - Package was not delivered. Called listed number and was transferred to a customer care line, who stated they cannot help me.
Cannot trust them to do their one job here, but they sure will give you the run around and mark your package as delivered when it wasn't!

Total Fail. My parcel has shown "Arrived at USPS Regional Facility" for 5 days. I'll consider myself lucky to ever receive my $250 in auto parts. I went to the location and they said there is nothing they can do...just wait longer. Sadly, I'm sure no one will read this review and nothing will improve. I will have to start choosing my suppliers based on their shipping method. Stay away from USPS.
UPDATE: I did end up receiving my package, it only took 1 week to get from Madison to Stoughton.

Package thieves! I don’t know why USPS Still exist they need to be disbanded. They will steal your package its better to use UPS, Amazon or Fedx

HOW IS PLACE STILL OPEN 1.9 STARS, MANY ACCUSATIONS OF THEFT, THIS FACILITY WAS EVEN ON THE NEWS IN REGARDS TO THESE PROBLEMS AND STILL NOTHING BEING DONE????? First service request didn’t resolve the issue, the second time my mail was finally found but one important letter was returned to sender… There was no reason why I had to pick up my own mail after 27 days of not receiving after making sure to get my address change done and verified and my mail forwarding was active…! The lady I dealt with at the counter who retrieved my mail was very rude and unprofessional, there were others in there complaining about not getting their mail or it being sent to the neighbor or they getting their neighbors mail.. The lady was more interested in talking with co workers instead of getting the 5+ people waiting for her to retrieve their mail.. This facility was even on the news in regards to people not getting their mail or situations like mine and others and STILL nothing is being done to correct the issue….! I’ve done a change of address many times in the past without ANY issue…. It seems to be this specific facility that is causing ALL the issues and something NEEDS to be done to correct the issue! People receive important stuff in the mail that can be time sensitive…!

They're a bunch of thieves and have the laziest staff who will do the absolute least to make sure your mail gets delivered. Stole my mail TWICE and they refuse to take any responsibility.

I called to check on a package that said out for delivery a few days ago (after hours, I didn't think I was going to get an answer but I did). the woman on the phone was very unhelpful and didn't resolve my problem. she looked up the tracking number and told me it wasn't still at the post office without looking or anything (obviously the computer says it's not there, it still thinks it's out for delivery).

Our mail carrier is awful. Skips package pickups, leaves packages out in the rain rather than using our locked package drop, stuffs items in mailbox that have no reason, delivers our mail to neighbors and vice versa... Nothing ever done about it, and I've filed formal complaints minimum 10 times.
