The gyno/oncology dept
was great. I was late, the Nurse practicer still saw me
She was quick and super professional. The front was very efficient.

Staff incredibly great at the Hemotology clinic.
Then I had an appointment for an infusion. After 20 minutes, I asked the desk when I will get called was told soon.
After 30 minutes I went back and was told paperwork was going back. It is now 55 minutes, I said, I am going to reschedule, within two minutes a room was available.
They have 40 plus rooms, and the scheduling is horrible. No excuses to wait that long.
Additionally I heard a couple in the waiting room said they waited over an hour.
I really hope some adjustments can be made to accommodate cancer patients.
The staff was great, but it's all about scheduling .

My experience at the UW Carbone Cancer Center was wonderful. I highly recommend this UW facility for any of your oncology needs. They were very thorough, compassionate & caring, and clearly have the patient’s needs in their best interest. Dr. Janelle Sobecki & her team were fantastic.

All Dr. Was on the go when it came to educating me about my conditions and there was no pressure. All the Dr. Had compassion and caring towards my concerns plus all Dr. Provided resources willingly and directed or tried to answer all my concerns.
UW Health was one of the nicest experience I had in all of my life experiences with hospitals.
