I've been banking with UW for over 20 years and always had outstanding experiences until recently. My credit card was recently "upgraded" (per the words of the representative I spoke with), to a card with 20% interest rate. My old card interest rate was around 9%. That's not an upgrade, that's #extortion.

Just difficult!!, just trying to set up an automatic loan payment. The online process didn't work, have to make payment over the phone they charge a $5 fee for over the phone payment. They said they would send the paperwork in the mail, never received it,have to make payment over the phone again. Will have to go to one of there locations, closest one is 42 minutes away. Just frustrated.

Very nice service, minimal waiting in-person; they didn't even look at me funny when I asked for some of my change in $2 bills.

Everyone was always very friendly and helpful. I'm a UWCU member since 1986 and now do my banking remotely as I've moved to Eagle River. I feel VERY well cared for anytime I need help with anything from the credit union.
