Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to go beyond what most pharmacies will do to communicate with my doctor to get things accomplished. Somebody above mentioned that they don't know what people are doing there. If you've been to other pharmacies at the UW Clinic has the pharmacists are in contact with other UW pharmacies that don't have a pharmacist on staff and they are Consulting them as well as doing mail out orders. Yes I do agree they have pushed a lot of work on these folks and should staff more people there if they're going to make people do all these different jobs for all these different uw pharmacies. I know when they were originally hired their workload wasn't like it is now with more responsibilities put on them. I sure hope they're getting paid a lot more.

A lot of the times they make it very difficult for my mother to refill and pay for her prescription. It says it is also open till 5:30, but when I call around a time like now the machine tells me I entered an invalid option because the pharmacy is closed??? So can only leave a message. And hope they don’t take two days to call back.

While better than the large chains, this pharmacy defines slow. A prior review noting inconsistent and flighty staff is spot on. They don’t spend much time at the counter providing patient consults so I’m left to wonder what exactly they are doing?? These folks wouldn’t last in another pharmacy where things need to get freaking done.

Pharmacy is generally very good. Many steps above Walgreens. However, Staff can be flighty at times, and should work to ensure consistency. Deliver person is also very flighty and be better suited behind the desk assisting overworked pharmacy staff with preparing delivery order for needy patient
