I spent 7 hours in the emergency room yesterday. The entire staff was friendly, compassionate and patient. I had time to watch the interactions with multiple patients and visitors and everyone was treated with the same efficiency and kindness, even when they were met with impatience or helplessness. Excellent work, ER staff!

I’d give it a zero is possible… Nasty, dirty, rude and overall bad. Save your time and gas… just go somewhere else.

ER Doctors and nurses were great. Registration lady not so much. After waiting 2 hours with a head-splitting headache, having to answer her passive-aggressive, condescending questions somehow made a terrible night even worse. A simple form would be much easier to answer than having to go back and forth with her.
