Do not plan to use their tailoring service! The woman was extremely rude. She refused to hem my dress and told me the length is fine. Fast forward to my formal event, my dress dragged on the floor. Lazy and unprofessional service.

Needed a couple of things for my son's upcoming wedding. Went into the Von Maur mens department at the Madison and Chantel took care of us. Couldn't be happier with the products and especially the customer service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from Chris Schaefer, my sales associate. A very impressive selection of Polo Ralph Lauren, Vineyard Vines, Lacoste and other brands that are difficult to find anywhere else. He helped me find the right sizing and colors to compliment my newfound outfits. I will definitely return, his professionalism is unmatched and that's a dang rare thing these days.

Beautiful clothes and store that was desperately needed in madison. Unfortunately there private credit card system is a scam and fraud.
Buyer beware of their credit practices with the von mauer card. They say free but if you are a day late with a payment they report you to the credit agency.

Really wonderful high end clothing store. But the reason I'm writing a review is because of my interaction with a sales person named Tim. I was looking to buy an over coat and he was incredibly helpful with finding me one that fit properly. They didn't have one in stock that fit right and instead of selling me a different one that wouldn't have fit he found the proper size from a different store and had it shipped over. Fantastic customer service and I'll certainly be back. Keep up the great work!

Chris who works in the men’s department was very kind to my husband and helped him with finding acceptable outfits for work and a wedding. Chris is a very good worker. I was very impressed with his knowledge about men’s suits and he was very helpful. We will be back. Thank you for making the shopping experience easy for us.

Just came from the Men's Department where we had excellent help from a man named Owen. He was very knowledgeable of the fabric content, and current styles. We walked out of there with 2 sports coats, 3 shirts and 3 wonderful ties. He was efficient and was able to find us great options in pretty quick order. That was perfect since my son has limited patience for shopping - so efficiency was a must. Thanks Owen!!

Chantal is fantastic!! Even though she works in bags normally, she took the time to help me get the dress I wanted from a different store in Iowa while her coworkers were helping other customers. She was patient, kind, and very personable. I really appreciated her attitude and help today.
