Picked up photos but the person who gave me the photos at the photo counter couldn't be bothered to check me out even though there's a register right there at the photo counter. I was asked to go to the front to check out because there were two people up there and according to the photo counter person, they weren't doing anything. Wow... Pictures were great! Customer service was not...

Would give zero if I could. Their pharmacy is unreliable and terrible at communication.

Wish I could give 0 stars for how this week at Walgreens has gone. I also got duplicates of my medication sent (this will be relevant later). The technician kept speaking to me in medical terms and when I asked her to dumb it down for me, she acted like I was asking her to move the moon and stars. I just called them to ask about the prescription they mysteriously DIDN’T fill (I called them all in at the same time). The technician then goes on to say how I should be checking the medications I’m picking up (which I wouldn’t have to do if you were giving me the RIGHT ones) and how essentially I’m the problem. Thanks Walgreens for yet another disappointing experience. I’m sure I’ll receive many more to come.

Their pharmacists are really professional!
Whenever I call them, they handle my questions very well with clear explanations.
When I needed to ask for a travel override, they called my insurance company and prepared my prescription very quickly.
I really appreciate them.

walgreens pharmacy generally isn’t very pleasant for anybody involved but as far as service goes they do the best with what they’re given to work with, which is the standard understaffing:long line with complicated problems ratio. unless you’ve personally had to resolve a prescription insurance issue i don’t want to hear it; i’ve been on both sides of the counter (ex-WAG pharm tech) and this is a pharmacy, not a fast food drive through. it is what it is.
came in as part of an unfortunate sudden rush 15 min before they were set to go on lunch (whoops) and they pulled extra people from the back to help the line, kindly took my info as i was very grossly hacking up a lung in public (sorry), filled my prescription that had just been sent over, and got me out of the building as soon as they could. very appreciated, thanks for providing healthcare to a very busy central campus 🙏

The prices are on the higher side, the lines tend to be long, and the pharmacist’s unfriendly attitude is enough to ruin your day.

When I got home and looked at the receipt, I realized that they charged me for both items that were advertised as a buy 1 get 1 free deal. On top of that, everything is way overpriced.

I went here as a Door Dash delivery driver to pick up an order requested by Walgreens to be delivered to their customer who had ordered on the Walgreens App. When I arrived they told me that the order had been canceled. Since Walgreens requested that the order be delivered by Door Dash it’s their responsibility to cancel the order with Door Dash. However the order was not canceled with Door Dash and was still showing as active on my Door Dash App to be delivered. The young lady Miranda who said she was the manager and admitted that she didn’t know what was going on told me that the order had been canceled and that I “could just move along”. Her statement was completely unprofessional as she was trying to get me to leave the store. I told her I would remain in the store until the order was canceled in the system and I proceeded to contact Door Dash who tried to contact the store. Since nobody could be reached at Walgreens via phone Door Dash canceled the order.

No parking lot. Have to wait for service to pick up photos. Some of the photos didn't turn out well

I went there to pick up my medicines today and the person in the pharmacy didn't use the correct pronoun for me. I feel like they are not allowed to assume and they can always ask!!!!! Just rating here since didn't felt comfortable correcting at that situation.P.S. The irony is that I was there to pick up my hormones.

My boyfriend just went to pick up cold medicine for me. Website says they are open til 12am. He entered the store shortly before 10pm and was told they were closing in 3 minutes. He said he just needed to pick up medicine. She again told him they were closing in 3 minutes and then she CALLED THE COPS ON HIM. Police arrived. He purchased the medicine and left. Going to stop patronizing all Walgreens after that experience.

Very unpleasant experience. Specifically about a staff member.I was picking up my prescription at around 3:20pm today. I was told that they didn't have the drug prepared well yet so I had to wait for several minutes before I could get the drug. I waited for about half an hour. No one let me know the pickup was ready. I was already very unhappy about this experience. What made things worse is one of your staff members. She worked behind the "consultation" window at around 3:50pm. Her name should be "Angie Something" according to her uniform. She was VERY RUDE at me when I checked with her whether my pickup was ready after half an hour waiting. First, she was very impatient when I was checking with her, meaning something like "why are you here? None of my business". Second, when I asked if I could get my pickup now, she sarcastically said "didn't you see the line? Everyone needs to follow the line" as if I was someone who wanted to skip the line. I did not even know that I needed to rejoin the queue from the bottom (which took me another 15 min out of my life) because of YOUR FAULT that did not get my pickup prepared in time. Why could this person assume I was bad-mannered and deserved her sarcasm?I was so disappointed and hurt by this unpleasant experience.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, would love to because the customer service is so horrible. Told me I couldn't receive my vaccination due to an insurance issue, which is totally fine. Went to talk with the Pharmacist, Angela M., to ask for other options or recommendations and was totally ignored by her even though she saw me standing in front of the consult window. When I did get to talk with her because the lady that check me in asked her, she told me she didn't know what I was talking about and acted confused like I'm stupid or something. She kept saying, "What? What?...I-I-I don't know what you talking about." I was super frustrated at the way she treated me. According to her patient philosophy on the website, "As a Walgreens pharmacist, I am looking out for my patients’ wellbeing. By offering health and wellness advice and monitoring for potentially unsafe medication interactions for prescriptions filled at Walgreens, I am here to earn your trust." Unfortunately, she did not show any of those things she had said and there's no truth to her statement.
