Made an appointment for a couple vaccines. An hour after my appointment time I gave up and left. The pharmacy techs were apologetic and I think doing their best.
Walgreens, please pay people better so you aren't short-handed all the time. Won't use this pharmacy again.

So today I was at the pharmacy at about 550 had the rudest guy working there he had asked me questions. I had answered him. He’s like what kept saying what like he was Stone Cold Steve Austin. Then, when he went to get the meds, he was rude. He threw them in the bin. He’s like here have your meds. I definitely will be changing my pharmacies and this is not the first time we’ve been dealt with rude people me and my wife.

I have had it with this location. The communication with this pharmacy SUCKS. I have missed doses, because my insurance was wrong and all i could find out was it was delayed. That caused me to start all over with the med. I've been told my order was not ready by the virtual call only to get home and find a message from a half hour earlier saying all 4 were ready, get there and only 2 are ready and the 4th is out of stock.

I left walgreen a year ago, cause of their lack of staff, if you don’t have staff stop accepting new clients. Horrendous customer service, you can tell some of their staff are overworked, take it out on their customers. Well i needed a prescription filled after 7pm when Hy-Vee closed. So i decided Walgreens. I called the store number got a robot, the robot said they would call me back when my. Script was filled this was 9pm. I received misinformation that Walgreens pharmacy closed at 11pm, the Store does the pharmacy closes at 10pm. Well at 10;30 pm no one called me back like the robot told me so i just assumed I’ll leave now. Well guess what it was closed, dont tell me your going to call me back and dont’ if not every store is going to follow that policy, dont pretend to use it. They probably filled that prescription and give 2 craps that i didnt pick it up. I hate Walgreens. Then i call customer service after i get back home they transfer me to customer agent who can’t even tell me if my script will be ready tomorrow morning? What the hell is that persons purpose of saying she’s customer service. They pretend like they have 24 hr customer service, someone’s always there. They will take all the prescriptions they can and no accountability or help with people receiving them.

Slow and rude. Went 30 minutes after my daughters doctor sent the prescription. Waited 30 minutes in line. Technician was very rude when trying to find my daughters medication and then came back and said, “it’s not done”. I asked how much longer it would be. I had a crying 4 year old in the back and she proceeds to say “not sure when we’re getting that done because our pharmacist is doing vaccines". I had to go back at 11pm after the3 kids were in bed (single mom). Pharmacist was equally rude at that time. I had to go to this pharmacy because it was the only one open and my daughter needed to start antibiotics tonight, but I will never go back again.

Another Walgreens in the area ended up filling my prescription, but this Walgreens pharmacy really showed great customer service. They were able to locate a Walgreens that stocked my medication and this was after a horrible experience at my local Houston Walgreens where I was given the wrong medication on my day of travel to Madison for work. They made it all better and I couldn’t be happier.

Worst walgreen i been in my whole life. Pharmacy people were rude. Long story short hade to make 3 trip, waited super long, pharmacy people were rude (even on bad days people should act professional). The only nice person i met was a blonde lady.

I am still waiting for my prescription after 30 min at drive through window. I don't understand what is taking so long and no one has explained why I'm still waiting.

The pharmacy service is terrible, but the store itself is good. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered in a pharmacy. The appear to be engaged in activities other than work.

First of all I would like to know that they really need to change their store hours for the pharmacy to what they've updated them to. They now close ridiculouslyght and early especially on the weekends. Used to be 24 hours and it still says that but it isn't. They're automated service screws everything up all the time. Also I hate having to call there for info and then get transferred to the actual pharmacy after they can't help me with the call center that they've put in place. They used to be great.

I waited 30 min for my prescription and had to leave before I got it and came back but then waited an hour before I had to leave again. So all in all I have made 2 trips and spent an hour and a half and still no prescription.
