I need to stop in to rave about Hali's (sp) customer service at the pharmacy. This human was patient, kind, and very efficient at her job. I just had an exceptional experience as a customer. Thank you so much Hali! Customer facing entities need more people like you. Keep up the great work!

Pharmacy staff and store manager have an attitude that they are doing you a favor. Poor training in customer service. It starts from the top down and you can see the poor client services are from the store manager. Disrespectful and rude. Some of the employees should not be interacting with the public

After lots of frustration with my scripts, I switched pharmacies outside the Walgreens network. I'm much happier. The staff is overwhelmed/overworked which puts them in a difficult position. I imagine the staff is doing their best with the resources they have.

Medicaid canceled my medication refill for some reason that I have been on for years. From the website, it seemed the reason is that Medicaid does not pay for home delivery for prescriptions. Okay, fine (IDK if that is true or not, seems fishy since home delivery is free) but my medication is no longer listed on the website, and not being filled at this pharmacy. I called my doctor to send my prescription to Pick n' Save's pharmacy instead.

The store part of this Walgreens is fine, but not good enough to even remotely move the stars above one for a single reason: this has to be the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy in existence. I have never spent less than 15, 20, or even 30 minutes waiting for a prescription, even when use is light. Avoid at all costs. Order your meds online from somewhere else if you possibly can. AVOID.

Walgreens to cut payroll has outsourced the pharmacy department that could not help me at all. Call Costco they have been incredible compared to Walgreens. I guess there is not enough money in the drug business to hire proper help

For 2 days I had to call my clinic for a refill, walgreens staff told me to. I don't have time for games.There must be people helping out the pharmacy that don't usually work there. I don't know. I have had the staff and a pharmacist give me the runaround. Nobody needs this!!

Plus, they have a nice snack and beverage area, with ample cooler space for sandwiches or even meals.

I’ve had very, VERY poor interactions with a younger pharmacist there in the past I will not embarrass him by using his name. However yesterday I had a very very positive experience which were in my heart with the older pharmacist. I truly regret that I did not catch his name but he was an older Caucasian guy (I think) with glasses. The understanding and compassion that he showed me were not soon be forgotten. The world needs more people like him. Thank you.

My experiences with this stores pharmacy have been just unacceptable the last few months. I have 10 years experience in pharmacy management and this store is beyond last. I've had enough. I'm taking myself, my mother's and my fiance's scripts to a a privately owned pharmacy. . The excuses they use blaming insurance and my doctor are ridiculous.

I’ve used this pharmacy for at least 20 years. They’re very slow and have been for the last several years.They call me obsessively, asking me to refill my RX. I made sure everything was turned off online and still got 1-3 calls A DAY for weeks.I never see the same person there for more than maybe a year. I believe it’s because of how Walgreens treats its employees. I don’t blame the employees, but Walgreens needs to get its stuff together.The other day I had the worst toothache imaginable. Never in my life had I felt pain like this. It took them 4 hours even tho I called begging for them to fill my stuff ASAP. I finally got that it was completed, and granted; this is my fault; I forgot my ID, and the dentist prescribed me narcotics til I could be seen, and they wouldn’t give them to me without an ID. I started hysterically crying and probably looked like strung out. But this was my last straw, and I won’t be going to Walgreens anymore. Even tho it’s so close.

July 22, 2022 11:10 to 11:40. We sat and waited at the drive-through. The two cars in front os us did not move. We finally had to pull away because I am in my 80s and had to bathroom. There is no excuse for this kind of service...it's not service at all. If the location wasn't so close to home, we would certainly go somewhere else.
